Hadn’t been to Davellis in quite a while so I’d thought I’d give it a try & was very disappointed. Wanted an Italian sandwich for my husband in which I was told it’s a hot sandwich, had to convince them to make it without warming it up. I ordered a ham & cheese & my roll was so stale that it fell apart, ended up taking meat & cheese off & putting it on bread when we got home. I’ve given this place multiple chances and they continue to disappoint. The building is cute and quaint, always fairly clean. The bagels are decent, better than any other place in Seaford…so wanted this place to be our “go-to” for a weekend morning bagel. Unfortunately, they always miss the mark.

Davellis Bagel Cafe offers a pleasant experience with delicious food and excellent coffee. The ingredients in their 8 grain egg, cheese, and sausage bagel sandwich speak for themselves, with no overbearing spices. Despite some issues with staff attitude, the welcoming and polite service made for a wonderful visit. A variety of bagel choices are available, and the cinnamon rolls are a must-try. It's a place where both locals and visitors enjoy coming back to.
