The lady at the drive-thru was clearly in a bad mood and made zero effort to hide it. I said I want a "large number one with a sprite". She asked "what size?" I said "large" and she asked what I want to drink (like we didn't just go through this). I said again "sprite". She said very little else and seemed very short tempered with her vibe and mannerisms. After I left, I realized she gave me a Pepsi. Told her Sprite twice and she gave me a Pepsi... I hate Pepsi. There's a bunch of drive-thrus in the area. I might not be back.

STAY AWAY ! This place is awful. The management is ignorant. They don’t properly train employees and when the employees aren’t moving to their “ standard “ they get frantic and do the job for the newly hired employees. How do you expect anyone to learn? They don’t know how to talk to employees or customers. Navia , the store manager is the WORST person to be in charge of running a store. No wonder why they can’t keep anyone. My food was cold after waiting 10 minutes. The bread was hard as a rock . I guess that’s why it’s called Hardee’s .

I work at Amazon and planned to have my dinner at Hardee’s so didn’t pack anything. My dinner break was delayed due to workflow so instead of 9pm I didn’t get out until 9:50, got to Hardee’s @ 9:57 and they still got me fed. Destiny and the two young men there were kind and didn’t make me feel bad.
