Seaford location messed up my order and wouldn’t swap out my drink despite them making the mistake. Rude customer service. Rather than wanting to make it right, they just said “no” we can’t do that. Had to argue with someone on the phone for them to understand the mistake. Slow as a snail service. Too bad I love the product but their customer service seriously needs some work.
I am very very disappointed in today’s service. I am a regular customer here at the Seaford Delaware location. Today will be my last day getting food from this establishment. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for my grandkids. I get this item all the time….Never ever had I had the parmesan cheese and salt so heavy; to the point my grandkids wouldn’t eat it. I would usually give you guys a 10 but today you guys left me with a very upset Autistic 5 year old who was expecting his stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and instead we got 2 regular pepperoni.. tried calling at 4 times at 8:45 and got no answer... It would be nice if you guys answered when it isn't closing time yet.
