We Waited 30 mins for the fries in my order . Only for other food to be cold and the fries to be undercooked Waited over an hour for an order that we were told 30 mins and that was fried food and cheesesteaks . Dine in wasn’t very busy either not sure what is going on there but that’s ridiculous

I was on my lunch break so I tried calling my food into the restaurant. A young lady (Nat)answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes before calling again and being immediately put on hold after telling her i was on my lunch break. She was very rude and after asking for a manager she ststed she was busy and put me on hold again.. After 15 mins of being put on hold I finally got through when another young lady named Hayden answered. I asked to speak with Manager (Kathy) she was very nice and understanding and even offered to comp my food but at that point my lunch break was over and still no food and was unable to eat. I'm pleased with the managers response but quite disappointed in service.

For a place that started as a little hometown restaurant, not much has changed, food has always been great and it’s always been warm and welcoming!
