It’s crazy how limited supply items were copped by EMPLOYEES. Went w/ my bf to try to snag at least one bear cup and the employees were already in line buying the only 2 ones they had. 😒😒😒😒 isn’t it against policy to buy stuff when you’re on the clock??? Plus another employee was handing out the only two hello kitty plushies they had to two other employees who came in off the clock. First, I want to say is I usually do not write reviews. Second, I am a staunch and loyal supporter of Starbucks. Three times, I came through the drive thru at the Seaford location, ordered a Mocha Frappuccino Grande, and twice it was not made right.

Her name is Bridgette, and she is AMAZING! We visited to location and got two almond milk sugar cookie lattes. After my husband brought them home, I discovered they had been made with water instead of milk. I called over to the location and Bridgette answered the phone. IMMEDIATELY after I explained the situation, she apologized profusely and asked me to please come back so she could refund me or make me new drinks, free of charge.
