“Food was normal Dunkin Donuts. Service was a little slow as we stood at the counter waiting to place our order for longer than necessary when no one else was in the place. The worst part of this Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot & how to enter/exit. Very confusing.
Parking: The entrance & exit were difficult to navigate.“

“Staff extremely friend despite being extremely short staffed. People were being rude and impatient and the staff - a girl with orange hair and a guy in a Yeti hat - were friendly, helpful and worked hard despite it being only the two of them. Donuts are amazing as always and worth the visit.“

“Food was as expected and they do well with the VERY little space they have. Cashiers fast and friendly. Biggest issue was food prep person (who looked to be the manager/supervisor) was not making food FIFO. Several orders placed after ours were fulfilled first. While there is some multi-tasking possible while bagels toast and such, it shouldn’t be that noticeable a delay. Order status board like the one pictured would be a relative cheap tech upgrade. More shade outside and misting machine would help families to wait outside instead of everybody crammed into the small lobby.“

“Workers should go up north to learn how to move their butts, 12 minutes for a coffee and a wrap is a bit ridiculous alot of employees and it wasn't even that busy“

“We fell in love with Sweet Spot on our vacation this year! We visited everyday to make sure we tried all the flavors of ice cream. My youngest loved blue goo the best. Wonderful, cheerful, caring workers. Thanks for making our summer special. Definitely a tradition for now on!“

“Love this Dunkin and MOST of the girls that work here. I'm a M-F regular at this place I'm now known by name 🤦♀️ I know don't judge me 😂
Joking..well kinda they do actually know me by name!! LoL...
The parking lot sucks at this location, but aside from that it's clean, most of the staff has changed a lot, but for most part amazing, and the manager is the sweetest. I can't remember her name though 🤦♀️ I know I'm totally failing right now...

“Today a friend of mine left her phone there and 2 female employees got ahold of me and we were able to find another friend in the area to pick the phone up for us - we’re in Talbot County so over an hour away but my friend was there for a cheer competition! Those 2 employees went ABOVE and beyond to return an iPhone. Just weeks before Christmas this would have been a major loss!!! Those 2 girls are gems!“

“Extremely efficient and fast. Our order was worth 48 dollars (so obviously plenty of items) and the lady taking our order was super fast and did not ask one question about any of the items. We recieved every single thing in our order, and correctly. Our food and drinks were out by the time we pulled up to the window. Food was all super hot and fresh. I have never experienced this in my life it was so amazing.“

“Stopping at The Original Fractured Prune for donuts was one of the highlights of my recent trip. What sets this spot apart is not just their donuts, but the creative flair they bring to both their menu and the experience itself.
The selection of donuts is truly impressive—not only do they offer a wide variety of unique flavors, but each donut has a fun, quirky name that adds to the experience before you’ve even had your first bite. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or want to try a daring flavor combination, there’s something for everyone. It’s clear the menu is crafted to inspire curiosity and delight.
Although we did have to wait a little while for our order, the anticipation only made the treats taste better. The donuts are made fresh to order, which definitely justifies the short wait. You can watch as they’re hand-dipped and topped right in front of you—an experience that feels both nostalgic and indulgent.
When we finally bit in, the donuts were warm, pillowy, and packed with flavor—each one a testament to the care that goes into their craft. The Fractured Prune doesn’t just sell donuts; it sells an experience worth savoring, from the playful menu to the satisfying first bite.
If you’re in the area and have a few minutes to spare, I’d absolutely say it’s worth the wait. You’ll leave with a smile, a sweet treat, and possibly a new favorite donut flavor you never expected.“
