I visited the Waffle House in Smyrna, DE with my wife for a breakfast date a couple of weeks ago. The customer service was genuinely good—the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Their hospitality was one of the stronger points of the experience.

I stopped in for a quick bite before getting my oil changed close by. I had just about an hour and my first thought was that I was probably going to be late getting back to the shop. However, the service and server was on point. Minutes upon sitting down, the server brought me coffee, took my order and just a few minutes later my food was in front of me piping hot 🔥.
