My favorite Starbucks, the staff is awesome and consistent w great customer service. Denise, Felicia (she spells it differently, a cooler way ?) and Johnathan always go above and beyond for customers with an infectious positive attitude. The products are great but the staff at this location make it so much better.
I recently visited my local Starbucks for a meeting and while I was there had the pleasure of interacting with Jazz, one of the baristas. She was upbeat, welcoming, and very accommodating when I realized I made a mistake during my order! If any managers are reading this, please know you have a wonderful member of your team. I ended up getting the wrong sandwich and it was 100% my fault for not looking at the screen to confirm my order or checking the bag until I got home. Not only did they give me the correct sandwich on my next visit on them, but they covered my drink I ordered as well. Their customer service was top tier and they were positive with no attitude’s towards my mistake.
