Jonathan that took my order gave excellent customer service, starting with a smile. I had a great experience interacting with him, and appreciate a friendly face.
The customer service is excellent. And the team does include a fantastic manager, Johnathan. He treats people with respect and is very polite and professional.

This Starbucks in Smyrna, DE is a cozy treat. The pumpkin spice latte is perfectly spiced and smooth. The staff is always kind, respectful, nice, happy, friendly, and helpful. They give a genuine smile and 10/10 customer service. The barista named Jonathon is honestly amazing, always greeting with a smile. The atmosphere is inviting, and the drinks are the BEST. However, a complaint was seen: a girl handling the window and taking money was also making sandwiches with her bare hands. The staff should wear gloves when dealing with food. Between the delicious drinks and welcoming employees, mornings are brighter at this location. Great experiences all around.
