“When I call the lady on the recording says the incorrect address. It’s Blvd not Hwy. 👎🏻“

“Workers in drive thru can use some better customer service training. Also when the app messes up they never know what to do...in my experience and opinion, the customer is always right and if they have a coupon thats valid it should be honored.“

“I have been in Dover for a few days and have spent my mornings here drinking their delectable drinks. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is so cute. I highly recommend this estate as a place to get good coffee and relax!!“

“This was the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas were SO sweet and kind. I wish that this Starbucks wasn’t hours away from my house because I’d love to regularly go.“

“This is a great Starbucks and staff is friendly and food is always good. However I saw something 2 days ago that I feel needs to be corrected. A girl who was handling the window , taking money was also making sandwiches and she was touching the sandwich with her hands. First the person who is handling money and touching that speaker to take orders SHOULD NOT be making sandwich’s and touching with her bare hands.. Whoever is dealing with food should be wearing gloves. The staff should wear gloves. That’s my only complaint and I hope management see this and correct it.“
