I have passed this place for years while walking/biking the canal. Decided to stop in today for an impromptu ice cream date with my son. It was soo good. 10/10 recommend and will be back.
My brother and I found this spot on a bike ride on the Michael N. Castle C & D Canal Trail. We stopped on our return to Delaware City. Met the owner and a staff member, both of whom were very nice and went out of the way to honor my request for coffee ice cream! They didn't have it, but what they did have was really good! Don't sleep on this spot! I will return...

The ice cream is ok. Very nice outdoor seating area with a good view of the canal. Normally not too crowded, but has it's moments. Has been the primary point of some weekend events. Worth the trip if you're trying to enjoy some ice cream and a view. Can talk a walk down the Castle Trail, along the canal as it has direct access.
