Terrible service, food not as advertised! Too many better choices! And then when I messaged them, zero response!! Crickets I posted a pic of my burger on the FB page and they quickly removed it… This is exactly how it was served to me!!

My experience was I went in for a donut, peanut butter cookie and a bottle of pop. Waited at the counter for 20 minutes trying to pay. Ended up putting the cookie and the bottle of pop back and walking out. They need to learn about customer service. When I looked through the glass at the kitchen door while putting the pop back they were just bullshitting. I will not be returning to give them my business.

Went today for Lunch with my kids that were starving. I drove out of the way to go here. We already knew what we wanted. Walked in and were pretty much talked out of staying over 15 min wait just to order drinks etc. That's a disgrace to not have anyone else to help. One person calls out and the entire place goes to crap. Talked to my mom later on. She said she had went awhile back and it took a very long time for food then as well. I would try the one in Newark by my house but they are already getting not the best reviews.

Was looking forward to trying this place…ordered the rice bowl. Underwhelming to say the least. The bowl didn’t even have the ingredients it advertised in the bowl. There wasn’t any Brussel Sprouts whatsoever. Disappointed. Also, they were out of one item and sold it online. Offered a replacement item and not a refund. There are no barbecue spots in the area and I was hopeful about this one.

We have eaten here twice. Once for breakfast which was AMAZING! The food was great, very attentive staff, great atmosphere, overall great experience! Couldn’t say enough about the experience so we tried it again for dinner with their bbq menu…. Worst experience of my life!!! We received our drinks after our food 30 mins after being seated (there was like 3 other tables) and the drinks were absolutely terrible we sent them back after one sip. The manager said our waiter/ the bartender was new and I could tell he was trying but not one other employee offered to help him the staff was so cold and disconnected and the poor guy looked lost. My daughter ordered the D&S burger which was like a child’s burger and it came without all the fixings such as bacon and no sides. For the price it was unacceptable! My 8 yr old ate it all in 5 mins. The manager admitted it should have been bigger but did nothing to fix it. My husband ordered the 3 meats- the meat was cold, dry and some things inedible such as the bacon which was hard as a rock and cold. He was only given 3 meat options and was unaware that he could have chose his meats so the manager did bring him some ribs which he nuked due to our cold food complaint where you couldn’t even touch them they were so hot and dry and extremely overcooked. I ordered the big mama burger which came out as the plate that I immediately sent back. The plate was small with barely anything on it I don’t know how that was a $70 meal! Highly recommend do not order that!!!! We upgraded one side to the Brussels sprouts which was so terrible we spit it out! The onion strings were cold and the manager said they come cold. It was just crumbled cornstarch batter, gross. The Appetizer came out with the meals and it was cold, the eggroll, and came with no sauce. Out of the 4 meals ordered the only one that was good and edible was the bacon and cheese fries which were hot and delicious. The side Mac and cheese was good for 1 of us the other 2 were cold and dry. So extremely disappointed as we were so excited to try this after our first amazing breakfast experience! 10 out of 10 do not recommend! We spent over $150 on trash and the only thing the manager did to fix this is give us 4 old donuts to go. Unbelievably terrible experience!

I ordered a rack of ribs. They were cooked perfectly. I would have given them 5 stars but they didn’t remove the membrane from the bottom of the rack. Also they didn’t give me any bbq sauce. $41.99 you should up your game.

Stopped in today for a take out order. Ribs were super dry, reminding me of a re-heat from yesterday....a major disappointment. Pulled chicken was tender and moist...we enjoyed. Beans were pretty much all pulled pork and sauce, w just a smattering of beans....another disappointment. The potato salad looked awesome, but needed salt and pepper...even w all the toppings on top it was bland. Luckily i checked my order before leaving the store, as they forgot the pulled pork that i ordered, and forgot the bbq sauce that i had asked for. It's a shame, as the space is beautiful.

P.s.: After reading ur response, i will def give u another try. the donuts looked good, and the burger advertised on the monitor looked good.

But my comment regarding ur ribs seems to hold consistent among many people posting similar reviews on google. Alot say tough and dry. And ur beans literally had maybe 5 to 10 beans in the whole med sized container. I respectfully suggest u listen a little more carefully to what too many of ur customers are saying.

The food was way too salty, barely edible.

Excellent BBQ spread, large portions mean you're guaranteed to have leftovers. Little expensive, but it's cooked well and delicious!

Not overly pricey compared to some other bbq places. The food is good but the brisket was too greasy. Otherwise the honey cornbread had a good flavor just dry.

Honestly, I think going around noon on a weekday wasn't helping them as they were severely understaffed. Which would account for the food being underwhelming. It's worth a second trip at peak hours probably.
