The food at this establishment is pretty good, iv never experienced poor or distasteful meals, but the wait staff and service is egregiously inattentive and slow. I think if that problem is fixed the restaurant would do better and customers would return more frequently.

We were seated, and have been here before. We ordered and got our drinks fast. But we didn’t get our food for almost 2 hours. We ended up leaving. If you can’t handle the volume don’t have a big building.

Worst dining experience ever. Father’s Day brunch ruined. Waited over an hour for the food. No one was getting their food at other tables either.

Not afraid to bring out-of-town guests here. The menu is small but every dish is dialed in. The bill was a pleasant surprise for the quality. A place we'll keep coming back to.

While not a terrible establishment, there is certainly room for improvement. The air conditioning was not functioning optimally, leading to an uncomfortably warm environment, and there were flies present. The service for food was rather slow, with only five tables and one larger party of six or seven. 45mins to get breakfast food is too long. The food itself was enjoyable; I had the chicken and waffles accompanied by a mimosa flight, which I quite liked. However, the overall ambiance was not ideal, and I would be hesitant to return.

Pleasant enough, casual atmosphere. Competent, friendly staff. Unfortunately the food was very greasy.

The food was good, it just took forever to get it. The place was empty for dinner. After talking to the staff, it seems breakfast is the hot tume to go.

Over priced, horrible service. Will not eat here again. I thought they would have improved after last years health code violations but the place still seems to operate like before.

Went there for brunch with friends and the food was incredible. Best fried potatoes and cheesy grits I ever had. The donuts are a work of art and taste just as good as they look.

We loved 322 BBQ when it first opened, which makes it disappointing to say our last few experiences have really gone downhill and have left us hesitant to come back.

We visited on Sunday, 05/24, and unfortunately the experience started off poorly from the moment we walked in. The hostess approached us with no smile or greeting and simply asked, “Do you have a reservation?” When we said no, she walked away without saying anything, leaving us standing there while she cleaned a table. She eventually came back and just said “follow me.” First impressions matter, and she did not come across as welcoming at all. It honestly felt like we were bothering her. Since she is the first person guests interact with, a friendly greeting and basic hospitality would go a long way.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also disappointing. There were several tables with dirty dishes left sitting out, food on the floor, and the back of the restaurant looked cluttered and more like a storage area than part of a dining space.

Our server, however, was friendly and did a good job. She greeted us warmly and apologized for the wait, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after waiting about 30 minutes for our food, my order still came out wrong. At that point I just ate it because I did not want to wait for another sandwich to be made. My potatoes were also extremely greasy, with small puddles of grease left on the plate.

We were also disappointed to see the donuts were no longer on display, which used to be something we really enjoyed seeing when visiting.

It’s unfortunate because we genuinely loved this place when it first opened and recommended it to others. But between the service, cleanliness, incorrect order, and food quality, it’s hard to justify returning — especially considering the prices.

This is my 2nd time here and the food did not disappoint! The portion sizes are great. You will probably be leaving with leftovers.

We dined in on April 16th for breakfast. The food was very good. The restaurant however was filthy. The bathrooms were dirty, the restaurant floor was sticky and the server himself was not very well groomed and kept scratching himself while waiting on us. There was the one server for the entire restaurant and there were approximately a dozen patrons there at the time. I've eaten there many times and have always enjoyed the food but this dining experience was not good because I don't like eating in dirty restaurants. It makes me not trust the food. I also find it annoying to be charged a surcharge when I pay for my meal with a debit card.

Very good burger but the service was bad. At one point we were the only customers in the restaurant and we still had to go look for our server.

Slow day on Monday afternoon but food quality was tasty and delicious for being a BBQ place and donut shop combo, I went with chicken and waffles. I'm getting ready for vacation so I order island oasis mocktail. Spoke with bartender about life and enjoy a little interaction because she was literally doing everything else in main front of restaurant.
