Applebee's Grill + Bar

Very good food last 3 times I've been to this one. The alcohol drinks were very good really enjoy their drinks. The servers are usually great Havent had any issue and always come back to check would recommend this one if want a lunch or dinner nothing fancy or just a meet up pricing is ok like other places and have some good deals better then other places

So I don't know where the communication is I talked to a manager they said it was trying to give me a refund for the food I got that was delivered and was not tasting good it was not hot and it had a weird taste the manager did not get back to me I called the store I had to delivered I don't understand where the communication is between stores and managers but very upsetting to me and that's number one thing to me customer service to somebody that is spending their money to a business expecting good food but I guess not people don't think how I do and I have not got a refund or the manager has not got back to me on email or answer the phone personally but happy holidays..

Adriana was our bartender. She was fantastic. Food was good too. We had white queso wanton taco. Both excellent.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating to people with disabilities. It doesn't matter if it's parking,entering,or seating. Lisa is always so kind n friendly. Love applebees
