always go to Applebees but today I decided to go to this location since I had a few stops down 202, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger got home jus to have gotten a cheeseburger with a whole Cobb of lettuce on it never again I’ll stick to kirkwood hwy
Update: I spoke with Hailey the manager she refunded half which I do feel is reasonable I will now try it again maybe and make sure to check my order !

My experience here was awful. The waitress was miserable and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder; Almost like we were bothering her by being there, even though we were nice as pie and very polite. We had to ask for silverware, we had to ask for bread plates cause we got an Appetizer to share and The best thing I can say about the whole experience was that the food tasted really good. Although The meals weren’t brought out at the same time. My son had to watch us eat for 10 minutes before his wings finally made it to the table. The waitress decided that after we were served our food that she was ā€œdoneā€. She Never came back. We needed refills. We needed ā€œto-goā€ boxes and we needed the check! But she was across the restaurant sitting in a booth chatting and laughing with her co-workers and eating HER dinner. I had to ultimately pay the bill thru the little kiosk thingy on the table, and walk around looking for someone to give me a box for my food. It just so happens that the lady who gave me the box was a manager. I told her how unhappy we were and that we had to leave cause we were still thirsty and I had water in the car! I also told her that I didn’t appreciate what the waitress did. At that point, she said ā€œI am sorry about your experience, is there anything I can do for you?ā€œ And I said ā€œwell, not now! I already paid the bill and I’m really mad so I wanna leaveā€. We will never visit this particular Applebee’s again. And I hope that they can do something as far as the employees AND Management there because something needs to change.

Awful experience at this location. Was seated promptly and the food was ok. Beyond that this spot was despicable. Waited 10 minutes to place a drink order on a not too busy Saturday afternoon. When placing our dinner order and having a couple questions you could almost see our server rolling her eyes. It wasn’t complicated. Had to ask each time for straws, silverware, napkins, sharing plates while half the staff stands at the bar doing nothing. My son had to wait an additional 10 minutes after our food came out for his meal. Why?.. Who knows.. Then, the kicker, our server just stops. No explanation. Needed drink refills, extra napkins, maybe dessert?.. Nope, she decided it was time for her break so she sat down on the other side of the restaurant to eat and hang with other coworkers.. Nobody said anything to us. Nobody took her place. Nothing. No takeout boxes, not even the check . We had to pay via the little table kiosk. When we briefly expressed our frustration with a manager woman before leaving she just basically shrugged and said What do you want me to do?? Maybe manage your employees and restaurant?!! My family was as polite as can be and almost everyone there was rude, disrespectful, and downright unprofessional. I’ve never had a server just stop like that in my 50 years of life. It was an unacceptable situation and I will tell you to Never go to this spot-

My family and I literally just left here and our experience was horrible. We figured to go out for dinner together since they were leaving to go home tomorrow. And instead of enjoying our time eating we faced problems like the waiter forgetting our food, our food not having what we asked for nicely on it or things taken off and worse of all no one came and checked on us or to ask if we needed anything. Even the manager gave me food with the stuff I asked to take off. Honestly I shouldn't have had to pay for my food since first even after I told the waiter my order forgot my food and then when I finally got it it still had the stuff on it. Hope they do better.

Manager Marsha digs her hands in the fries that are served to customers it’s absolutely disgusting would not recommend eating here employees that work car side are not made to wear gloves and they are to touch your food to package it. Unsanitary isn’t even the word for this ā€œrestaurantā€
