I love Applebee's. Good food at decent prices. I always have a pleasant experience. This time, it was a little different. Being a creature of habit, I always order the same menu item, the 6oz Rib-Eye. I like it medium-rare. I even reiterated to the server, "Please, ensure that it's medium-rare". This time, what I was served was medium at best. I could see that it was not cooked correctly before cutting into it. I tried getting the attention of our server, but to no avail. She was busy with what looked like receipts. I waved. I did everything but scream. I could not get her attention. I decided that it was better to eat a warm medium steak than a cold one. When she finally came back to our table, we had finished our meals. She was pleasant but not, at all, attentive. Aside from the sub-par service and overdone steak, I will go back. As I said, I love Applebee's.

If I could leave less than one star I would. We ordered one beer which took almost 15 minutes to pour. I understand a keg change, but it should never take that long. The server was was horrible at her best. I did order a second beer which never arrived. The food was horrible. Very little garlic parm sauce on the wings. Also our waffle fries were undercooked. Other tables wated nearly 15 minutes to even be contacted. Our "servers" name was Jayanna. Her service is poor. It's no wonder that this establishment had 5 tables at 4 p.m. on a Saturday

The meal was great I tried the new hot honey glazed chicken and it was delicious 🤤 and the waitress Kim was very nice and helpful. They also accommodate me and my boyfriend’s allergies.

It's our first time here and seth was wonderful season.Be kept on as an employee and give him whatever he needs, including a car or some nice poodoo.Whatever the company would like to revive to him.Thank you for an excellent search

They tip themselves 4$ on a $9.99 order that was supposed to be Carside, but I had to go in and get it myself since no one ever came out. Never again.

A full glass of water was poured over me without any apologies 🙄
Food was greasy and small portion(the bowl used to be good but not anymore)
Never checked on our table until we all finished and ready to leave.
Will never be back again.

Went out to eat with my family after shopping last night. Terrible experience. The guacamole on our nachos was sour, all our food came out at different times and the servers were terrible. After finally receiving our food no-one ever came over to check on us or ask if we needed boxes when we were finished. The rudeness we encountered was seriously ridiculous. We told the server we needed to talk to a manager and she snarled at us and just walked away. Do better applebees!!!
