Dude dont listen. Salted Pretzels dont have salt on them. Ok whatever. BUT I saw that the guy gave himself gratuity on my cash transaction when there's clearly a tip jar there for a reason. I'm good on that place good luck!

Google Says they close at 9 but I walked in at 8:10pm. I wanted a regular pretzel, there were 3 cinnamon sugar pretzels left. Thats it. I asked if there were more coming, the man said no. The back was completely cleaned up as if they were already closed. When I asked what time do they usually close, he said 8:30 . If you guys close at 8:30 please update your times. If I knew this location was closing at that time I wouldn’t have came because nobody wants a customer walking in right before closing. Also, nobody wants those stale pretzels you had sitting there and refuse to have options of flavor available or make fresh ones.

Well this was the last time I will patronize this business. Apparently it was bought out by foreigners. You would THINK that at 5pm when people are coming in after work and are out shopping that you would have a good selection on hand. But nooooo. Plain pretzels, one pretzel dogs, and one sweet almond was all they had. No longer do they have the sour cream and onion or garlic flavors. No pepperoni. No raisin, no jalapeño. And the store was empty. They didn't even have mustard out. So I ended up getting one pretzel dog, one almond and one cup of cheese, cost me over $10!!!! Highway robbery. This will soon be the next vacancy in Prices Corner. They won't last long like this. When you try to be cheap and cut corners by sacrificing inventory on hand, it's greatly noticed.

They're skimping by stretching out everything before they cook it, so they can get more money for the batch, but the pretzels are toothpick thin even the nuggets are smaller than any location I've been too. Not coming back.
I don’t understand why this place has gone downhill. The mall has better pretzels, but it’s the same recipe? Thank god my pretzel was free yesterday because rewards, it was cold and chewy. I’ve come here since I was little, but the past couple times I’ve gone here the pretzels are either super doughy or cold and chewy.

Purchased cinnamon and sugar bites and absolutely TERRIBLE! It is a shame how certain places are brought by "certain people" and the quality of the food changes. I will NEVER bring my service here again. The pretzels are old, hard & barely seasoned with sugar. Take your service to Christiana mall instead. This place here should be CLOSED. Completely disgusted!

Came in with my daughter around 3pm. Ordered 2 small cinnamon pretzel bites to go. When i got home and took out the bites out of the bag they had little to no cinnamon on the pretzels. This is the second time this has happen. Not happy at all.

walked in about 330 to get pretzels.. Only to watch the young man rub his hair two handed.. Take airpods out if his ears & give them to another employee. Then start working.. grose! $7 for a large pretzel that comes with NO dipping sauce. Ordered a large lemonade for it to be 3/4 full. I should have just left when I saw the hands in the hair. Just go elsewhere
