Shout out to the team working in the evening of 5/9/2024. Especially Kenaz, he was friendly, kind, and courteous to us. My son Joseph was so happy and said that he made his night with his positive attitude, he even said he wants to work there when he grows up! And of course, the pretzels were delicious and perfect!! ? Came in, purchased two pretzels... on 3/21/24, the pretzel was hard, but the supervisor on duty jumped rt into it to prepare two fresh pretzels, without issue... great job kudos to him...Darryl jumped rt to it... kudos kudos kudos ? ?...

Was just in here at 3:45 this afternoon. Let me start by saying I'm impressed. Staff was kind and Courteous. I ordered a large pretzel nugget with honey mustard sauce. Im happy with the price and beyond happy with the quality of my order. My pretzels are so hot, fresh and delicious! Thankyou! Will definitely be back
