The halibut and gnocchi were amazing. The pizza was fine but could have used a bit of spice. The desserts were delicious. The food was really good. My guests liked their cocktails. The server was helpful, informed, and pleasant. I would highly recommend a visit here. Wilmington could do with a few more of these types of restaurants.
Everything was plated perfectly and was delicious . A little noisy. Very Worthwhile experience .
It was great to finally eat here to celebrate our anniversary. They made it extra special!
We came here for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was such a great experience! The restaurant focuses on shareable plates presented in a luxurious way, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were especially outstanding! Service was excellent—Maria, our waitress, was fantastic, and I believe the manager also checked on us a few times, which made us feel really taken care of. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional. We'll definitely be back!
The food is exceptional, especially in terms of creativity and presentation. The Osso Bucco is singularly delicious. The spaghetti is similarly great. The wine selection was better than average. The servers were knowledgeable and gracious. The primary cause for concern was the noise level in the dining room. It was almost deafening despite the soundboards. We will definitely sit in the bar area/High-tops next time.
Food was fantastic. Service was exceptional. Noise level was too loud, had to yell across table to engage
This is a tapas style restaurant, so the portions are understandably small. My date and I ordered 1/2 dozen oysters as an appetizer and then four more, slightly heartier, dishes. Each was outstanding in both presentation and taste. They were delivered one at a time at a comfortable pace that kept us enjoying the entire experience. We didn't have time for dessert as we had a show (at the Grand) to get to. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely eat here again.
Worst experience ever! Totally ruined the night. The entire dinner was a fiasco and handled poorly. We had a reservation for 6 at 6:30 on a Wednesday night. We ordered our food at 6:50. We ordered a pizza and every small plate on the menu. Our bill was more than likely with drinks going to be close to $900. At 8:30 (2 hours from when we sat down), we had only gotten a pizza and 6 gnocchi. In the meantime, we all had at least 2 to 3 drink each. We finally asked our waiter what was going on and that we needed to get our food. The Manager appeared at our table telling us that our ticket was missed and that our food was still not ready to be served. You can imagine how frustrated we all were with this. At that point, we told that manager that we would pay for what we had so far but that we were leaving. The kicker was that she handed us our over $300 bill and never offered to pay for a round of drinks or compensate us or anything! We left and now needed a place to actually eat dinner. We went right to Brandywine Brewing and in true fashion of BBC, we had great pub food and salads, great and prompt service and we were in and out in 45 minutes.
Fabulous food across all areas of menu. Service was very good. Seating is a bit tight inside but overall experience was great.
Very surprised! We came all the way from New jersey to try this place. The reviews said many good things so we were hopeful and excited. The presentation was superb and the taste was even better. Definitely would love to come back!

We hadn't been since the menu had changed. There are limited fish options and we really loved how it used to come out. The vibe is still cool but it may not be worth the drive from Baltimore, like it used to be.
Food is consistently exceptional across several visits. The service was frustratingly slow and lacking. I will be back but decrease my expectations for attentiveness and time.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the staff made us feel very special with a complimentary bubbly toast to start. The cocktails were good, but the Montepulciano on the wines by the glass list was amazing! Our favorite dish was the lamb osso bucco though a close second was the spicy sausage pasta. Would absolutely return for more!
Very loud for a Monday night. However, busy is good and the food and service didn't suffer! Definitely not a “good value” but spectacular food and phenomenal service. Great for a special occasion
Their was a concert at the Grand, so the place was packed. We sat at the very nice bar and our bartender. Kayla did an excellent job. She recommended the perfect wine and a great salad. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, and while the presentation was very nice, the trip was cooked to perfection, and were a very large size. The only issue was that they had very little flavor. I am not an expert, but I think they were probably prawns, instead of shrimp. Other than that the experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
