Not our first time here, but another stellar experience. We had family in from out-of-town for an early Christmas. Every one of us loved every element of our meal. Absolute 10/10 and we'll definitely be back!

Aaron gave us a great experience with his calm demeanor and light personality. It was a date night for us and he gave us a candle with dessert to help us celebrate a few exciting things we have going on. The food was amazing as well, just like last time! Thanks for a good time!

Food was outstanding. Cocktails perfect. We were seated 15min after our reservation time, waited 5-10min for water, another 10min for drink order, and food took awhile to come out. Despite that, I'm excited to return!

Always an amazing time at Bardea Steak ! Daniel our server has impeccable table side manners and ensures everyone is taken care of accordingly. The Butchers Feast is the best bang for your buck and has plenty of steak for everyone !

Wife and I had a great experience. This place is usually busy, so we tried to get last minute table reservations but best we can do is get a high-top table but no biggie. I would say this place is the very best in Wilmington. Food, ambiance and service was phenomenal. Our server, Daniel, was great and very personable.

We enjoyed our meal at Barbea Steak. The beef was outstanding. The sides were very good. I thought the baked potato was a little under cooked. The drinks were very good. The manhattan was very good and the temperature of the drink was outstanding. I think they chill the class. We would have liked the salmon cooked a little longer but were not asked how we wanted the salmon cooked unlike the steak.

Came here with my family members on 10/25 for my birthday celebration. It was our first time and sad to say that we were woefully disappointed mostly with the service, which dampened our enjoyment of the food. It's really a shame because the food (minus the steak!!) was very good. We ordered the pork bao buns (delicious) and brioche pull apart snacks (also so good) and ordered the steak tasting experience which are 6 types of steak in 5oz portions. We also ordered the Mac and cheese, mushroom and salad sides (all sides were delicious). This is the unfortunate part: we waited over an hour for the steak tasting experience - unacceptable!!! When the steak did arrive, it was barely warm and turned cold quick. It was a packed Saturday night, but for a place that's used to churning out steaks, an hour wait is not acceptable. They did not apologize or acknowledge the long wait or try to ameliorate the situation. On top of that, we had three family members surprise me for my birthday. Their arrival was supposed to be timed with when we were finishing up dessert for a quick hi, but because the steak was an hour late, they came right when the steak was served. Not wanting to be rude and turn them away, they joined our table. We ended up being charged 20% “large party gratuity” - ridiculous!! We would have honestly only tipped 10% because the service was delayed and late all night. We had really high hopes for Bardea but if you want to risk a very long wait and cold steak, I would think twice.

The service, attention, and presentation of Bardea offerings is superb. Instead of the steak day we had a starters and sides day. I'll never see chipped beef the same way - it was outstanding. The Empanadas also had a presentation and texture that was not expected and had a light yet flavorful, almost floral with spice mixture. Can't wait for next week.
Our waiter wasn't personable, but seemed to chat it up with the young lady at another table. The wagyu wasn't what I expected. I sent it back to be reheated. The waiter did offer to make another steak. My husband's meal was great and the dessert was excellent!

We've dined at Bardea before but this was our first time at Bardea Steak. Jamie was our server and she was fantastic. She explained the different cuts of meat and her recommendations were on point. Can't wait to come back with a larger group to try the steak tasting board. The two of us could never finish it by ourselves.
