Bardea Steak keeps getting better, if that's possible. The menu has been slightly refreshed, but still offering our favs (house salad is fantastic, and an easy split if you want to indulge in an app or a couple sides). We had the loaded potato, an espuma cheddar-encrusted dream with a creamy sauce, a perfect compliment to our filets. The latter were the best ever, perfectly cooked and adorned with an incredible glaze - wonderful. The staff we interacted with, from the welcome, to our server and wine selection everyone was so friendly, professional and attentive. Seems they all truly enjoy their work and their place of work especially. That says a lot about providing a wonderful dining experience, which they certainly did.

Our server Daniel was friendly, very knowledgeable of food selections and attentive. Eric, sommelier, is always very helpful with wine and helped us pick out another exceptional wine. Our food was fabulous. Loved the small plates especially the shrimp taco and Swedish meatballs. Our ny strip steak was cooked to our liking and delicious! We ordered the mushroom side dish which was excellent too. On-site toy exceeds our expectations!

Came here for my birthday for the first time. We were informed our waiter was new, no idea we were his FIRST table!! He was awesome tho, I believe his name was Darrell, and he was so great. We’ve heard amazing things about this place, and to be honest, I was not expecting it to be as phenomenal as it was. Probably the best restaurant I have been to in Wilmington de on all levels. Will 1000% be coming back! 11/10.

Steakhouses can be tough to prove memorable. Bardea Steak makes steak a memorable experience. The butcher feast was fantastic. It’s a real treat to taste so many great cuts of meat next to each other. Australian wagyu and the Picanya were my two favorites. The sides and apps were innovative and tasty. I was a little skeptical when the roast carrot side was brought out. It literally is a single large roasted carrot…..but when you slice it with the crumble and sauce it’s almost like sweet potatoes at thanksgiving. Phenomenal. My wife loves the crab gyoza and the French onion bone marrow dipping sauce with the steak. Just enough to keep it interesting while staying true to its steakhouse roots. We’ll be back and not just for the forteleza.

We had a birthday dinner at Bardea Steak, the food was fantastic, and the service was friendly but they gave enough distance for us to just enjoy our own company.
We were unfortunately sat next to a table of 7men celebrating something, so they were a bit loud, other than that, we can’t recommend this place more.
