Was hoping it had gotten better - it hasn't. Ordered the Carolina Pork sandwich- that was very good and a nice amount. It had the option of a cup of soup on the side. I got the black bean soup - which years ago used to be good. Unfortunately it was a lukewarm almost broth like soup. It had a dolop of sour cream on top. I didn't mix the sour cream w the soup. Just tasted the soup and it was lukewarm. Waitress said it was due to sour cream. Nope - not reason. Instead of...

This funky little gem was fun. Unfortunately we brought grandmom and she is not a fan of loud music, lol. The food was good, we had a good time going. Will be back(without grandmom)

Great place, Excellent value! We both had the nightly dinner special last night , a penne pasta shrimp dish with tomatoes and spinach with a good sauce.maybe I could have had a bit more of it but delicious. A third person joined us spontaneously and that was ok. He had the lentil stew which was good. Free music yeah.
