I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service in the optical department. I came in hoping that the ear piece could be reattached. The Optical Manager asked me to take a seat, and started to work on my glasses. Mystique not only reattached the earpiece, she made adjustments that fit my face again. Mystique handed me my clean glasses back with no charge. I hope you can recognize Mystique for her customer service. I am a bigger fan of BJ'S because of her.
