As close as I have gotten to Seattle style teriyaki joint in DE. Grilled meat on rice with sauce- seems so easy, but just isn’t that common. Will go back whenever I have teriyaki craving. Portions are strong.
One note for owners- the sauce is much less sweet and sticky than I am used to getting in Seattle. Maybe try that out as a sauce option - we do like our sweet/sticky BBQ sauces and Seattle Teriyaki places cater to that.

Appreciate the friendly service and efficient staff. Good prices and my fave is the teriyaki chicken with white or fried rice. Their special sauce is delicious. Not many places nowadays that you get superb service and consistent, tasty food. Also love that their food is not greasy. Keep up the great work!! We’ve dined in and also ordered takeout. Everything is consistent and service w/ a smile every time.
