Bad: Wait times are 45mins-1hr for dinner, nobody wears hair nets; and long hair is so frequent among a good amount of servers that it ends up in your bang bang shrimp (which had an overflow of mayo taste), drink glasses were dirty looking as if they weren't being washed at all or thoroughly enough, waiter took long time for bill to get to your hands and to assure you have small plates, napkins, straws; yet they want tips more than 10 percent of the bill, the building in mall is not as roomy; as other bonefish locations. These are areas of improvement. I won't be back at this location as a first timer this was my experience. I love bonefish, but not this location for me.Good: Server was very kind and polite.

So mixed emotions tonight. I think one of north Wilmington’s best kept secrets is out. Place was crowded but moved along well. No issues getting seated in a decent amount of time. The Chilean sea bass is phenomenal and always cooked to perfection. Since inception, we have never had a bad meal here. Service is excellent, quality of food is excellent, menu choices as well. Lenny was our server and ranks up there with the best! Drinks especially smoked old fashion done right.

We have been to three Bonefish Grills in the tri-state area. Over the others in Marlton, NJ and Columbia, MD, this is without question the best one. The food was so delicious, we had to ask who the chef was cooking (Jose). The basic fish and chips tasted as fresh as one would find at a local seafood spot in Clearwater, Florida. We received a very large slice of moist key lime pie for dessert. Service was timely and complimentary. Unexpectedly delightful experience. ****
