Stopped in this evening to get dinner. Had a bizarre experience where the sole employee was wearing street clothes, the menu boards were turned off, no chickens turning in the rotisserie machine and only a few food items that looked old and crusty.I asked the employee if the location was going out of business (as it appeared) and he stated it was under new management.I left without purchasing anything and will not return.

This place needs to be shut down. When we walked in the door slam so loud, it scared me and I screamed. Workers sitting down in the corner like the place was spotless or something. We walked in and walked out with the door, slamming behind me again won’t be back.

At prime dinner time they had maybe 1/4th of available menu options. No vegetable sides other than corn. The workers obviously had no interest in being there nor giving good customer service. We've had a much better experience from here in times past but it's been bad lately. Will not return to this Boston Market.

The manager was lovely and apologized for how gross the place looks. There was water all over the floor from a roof leak that apparently the owner won’t pay to have repaired. It was 545pm and the place was empty, no customers. About 1/3 of the food was not stocked (no mashed potatoes, no ribs). The turkey has a gross slime on it and the sweet potatoes were runny. This place needs to shut down.
I went to this location after work to get dinner and it had a weird smell. As I was walking in the 2 employees went out another door to smoke. I was hesitant to stay due to the smell, but decided to look at the selection. All of the food looked like it had been sitting for hours. During this time the employees remained outside and didn't appear to be concerned about coming in to assist me anytime soon. I was leaving anyway because I didn't like the look or smell of things, but of course they didn't know that. I'm pretty sure they would fail an inspection so maybe that's what needs to happen so they can be shut down and a better establishment can be placed there. Do not recommend AT ALL.

This location never seems to be crowded. (Maybe I just go at the right time of day) They moved all the side dishes to the back of the store. Now your only choice is to ask employees what side dish choices they have available. Not very pleasing to me. I liked the choices being in front of me. That's basically my only complaint. The food is always delicious. I rarely have anyComplaints about this Boston market. Would definitely recommend this place.

This location was well stocked with freshly cooked food. A manager Juan assisted me and was kind and professional. As a walk-in they quickly prepared my meal to go. I had ham, potatoes and broccoli with corn bread. The proportions were good and of value for the pricing. Everything tasted good. I recommend this location.

This location seems to have really declined. I've been going here off and on for years. The selection of foods was minimal, the food they did have was mushy, they were out of soda, water, cornbread and several main dishes. There were two holes in the ceiling where rainwater was being collected in buckets due to a leaking roof. The manager felt so bad igor a free cookie, lol. Get it together guys.Dietary restrictions: Poor selection for those with dietary restrictions.
