I ordered chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and broccoli. I got mashed and spinach. This or something similar has happened all 3 times I’ve ordered here. I guess they just don’t care? I don’t know. It’s frustrating.

This location reminds me of why I stopped visiting Boston markets 20 years ago. Food disgusting, had to wait 20 minutes for “fresh” food and when food finally given it was cold and disgusting. Ants crawling around on floor and tables dirty

Got a rotisserie chicken with a few different sides. Everything tasted awful. Actually had to throw out most of it. Potatoes not cooked all the way. First time experiencing Mac and Cheese I don't enjoy. Just go to your supermarket if you want this type of food

Today is Saturday, June 11 @4:12pm. The two ladies working were ignorant, rude and unresponsive. First, I drove in the drive-thru and was ignored, decided to park to go inside and the DOORS WERE LOCKED. ?I guess no one wanted to work or assist real people today. This will be my first and last time stopping by this location. Very poor staff and business. Business hours state 10am to 10pm.

Terrible customer service I go to the Boston market in Wilmington on concord pike at 8:41pm hours say they close at 10pm I pull up st the drive thru the lady tell me they are close meanwhile I see employees out in the back smoking I was confused

I have ordered 3 times and all 3 times they forgot to put the chicken in the chicken bowl. I could not be more frustrated. There are other Boston Markets nearby and other places better in general.

The food was just as delicious as I remembered. My only yuk is that the ladies bathroom was a disgusting mess.

Today is Jan 20, 2022. None of the employees are wearing masks and the drive thru is down which means everyone must come into the restaurant.

Placed an online order on New Year's Eve. Ordering was easy and test messages told us about the progress of our order and the exact time for pickup. After driving to the location, the restraunt was dark. It appeared they made a decision to close early for the night. I called about our order, and they stated it was canceled as they ran out of food.We never received a cancelation notice. Quite the opposite. On line notices kept telling us pickup time and status. After driving away, we kept getting messages to rate our experience, as if we had just picked up our order. I called back and told them our order was still active and we never received a refund. They assured us a refund would happen, maybe in 48 hours. Really!!!!!??????I don't believe I will ever visit this place again. If this is how they handle orders, imagine what could be happening in food preparation.Do yourself a favor. Stay away, or try Chic Filet!!!

The food was horrible. Ended up throwing up most of it. Ordered a family meal and my family could finish it. The chicken was off, the cornbread was nasty, and the Mac & Cheese didn't taste right. For my kids to not eat Mac & Cheese that is an issue. Will stick with the the one of Pennsylvania Ave. $50 down the drain. We literally ate cereal instead.
