Service has been consistently poor. The person at the register often does not understand the order and displays an unhelpful attitude. Today I ordered a cappuccino and was given a cup with no foam at all. I only realized it once I got home about five minutes later. When I returned, the manager did not remake the drink, but instead just added foam on top of an already cold coffee.
That’s not acceptable service, especially for the high price and a basic drink done wrong.
I won’t be coming back. If you’re in the area, you’re better off going to Pinji Coffee or Scout Cafe, where customer service and quality are far better

Literally thee slowest customer service base for a coffee shop. And the clientele are slower to give their orders bc they haven’t a clue what they like to order, so lame. This is not a quick stop for coffee. Give yourself at least a 15-20 minute extra window visiting this location. Most likely you’ll be late for your next appointment. Consistently disappointed.

I had only an ice coffee; which tasted fine. Although I chose almond milk, and conclude it most likely would had been better without it, almond taste too strong for my liking. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful. I appreciate her customer service skills.

Nice atmosphere. They have a xylophone player and a double bass player playing nice soothing music. I ordered the mudslide latte which was ok. I ordered one of their brownies which were great. I got two more!

The BEST coffee and SPECTACULAR live music (Shawn Qaissaunee and Sharon Sable) on a Saturday morning. What a delightful way to start a day.

The broista poured me a just cup of coffee and planted a cinnamon scone in a bag for me. When I came back for water, he granted me this legit slap for my nalgene. And there was a trio of musicians jamming in the back room. This is the kinda vibe that coffee consumers seek.

Had an x-tall black house blend coffee and a chocolate chunk brownie. Atmosphere was peaceful, music playing, brownie and coffee were really good.

I’m giving two stars based only on how slow the service is. It’s taken sometimes 20 minutes to get my coffee order. I’ve seen multiple people behind the counter but somehow only one person is assigned to making drinks. Love everything else about the place, I just don’t understand why they’re so slow preparing your drinks.

Great coffee and food, it's typically busy and they don't have any tapestries on the wall, so there's a lot of echo around the room.
They do have an overflow coffee pour pot which is nice. Some people pour their extra coffee in the garbage, which leads to a terrible experience for the employees.
On Sunday mornings they have live music which is entertaining.
