I especially loved their mango-strawberry fruit smoothie and bacon, egg and cheese on their pepper-chive biscuit- less salty than McD’s biscuit and more flavorful!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible- we used our stroller with ease and there was an adjacent room we sat in to be out of the way while we waited for our food

I visited this location one time previously and service met its purpose. Today I gave it another try because I like Brew Haha and while they don’t run the same, I really wanted a cinnamon raisin bagel.1. No greeting walking into the establishment ( I looked as the cashier was perhaps finishing up a task ) He may have been new because he asked the manager (Kay) for some assistance.2. When it was time to take my order he said how may I help you? I requested a bagel but unfortunately they didn’t have any ( vendor issue). I asked if they had croissant since I didn’t see any in the glass display. He said yes in the back. I said can you toast it and he said yes. I then ordered tea and asked which sizes they had ( as he went to scratch his hair under his hat) and proceeded to touch the cup.3. I waited to the side while my order was being prepared when I over heard him saying - can you place her crossiant in the microwave. I immediately said I requested toasted and he said they don’t for safety reasons. I said you can cancel the crossiant. He said ok.4. Then KAY ( the manager) says yes because most people are okay with it.I said well I’m not most people and she laughed. So, I said since I’m not most people I would like a full refund. She obliged and said sure and I said thank you. Note: she said she was the manager when I asked who was the manager. Well, I was taken aback as person being in leadership I would never laughed at a customer.To the owner of all Brew Haha there is a difference between microwaving and toasting a croissant. If the cashier would of told me that in the beginning this wouldn’t have been too big of an issue.

Nice place, nice people and nice coffee. Brew Haha just happened to be on my route to business meetings while I was in Wilmington for work. I love finding different coffee shops on my travels and was excited Brew Haha wasn't out of the way. My go to is always cold brew which can be dicey. Often times the shops try to get creative with different beans or pass regular coffee that's been iced or thrown in the fridge off and it just does not work the same.Brew Haha does it right. Clearly a properly done cold brew with the right bean offering a rich and smooth drink.

This was a nice little coffee shop with super friendly employees! It was my first time here, and the employees did not rush me at all. They were patient with me while I ask questions. Unfortunately they were out of their lunch sandwiches and salads during lunch, but they still had their breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a hot Lavender Matcha latte and a Florentine breakfast sandwich with sausage. The sandwich was tasty, and I would definitely get it again. As for the drink, I could not taste the Lavender, but the matcha was faintly there. It might be due to the drink not being mixed very well since towards the end of my drink, there was a good amount of matcha powder. I would come back to try more drinks though!
