Brown Bag 3 Deli & Grocery (Westside)

These pancakes were supper thick and dry , the eggs had no seasoning on it and I order home fries and they gave me hash browns with cheese on it my scrapple was burnt and hard. I guess they are under new management I never seen these new workers before but they need to get rid of them. This store good use to be good now it’s beyond disgusting please do not waste your money here!!

Great lunch. They’ll make almost anything on menu or off. I highly recommend when you need a bite, but are short on time and not feeling Taco Bell.

They sold me expired 9/30/22 milk I should’ve known to check the dates beings I’m at a corner store . I also shouldn’t have to worry about buying expired milk had the owner not been neglecting there inventory smh I hope I don’t get sick

Most times I enjoy this store, but the last time was a nightmare. They gave me the wrong food. I had to take it back, and of course my order was given to someone else. Couldn't wait to re-order. I was sooo mad. Just check your stuff before you leave.

I ordered 2 breakfast platters with bacon, eggs, & french toast … the guy told me it was $24 … ive been there a few times & don’t ever remember paying that much . Once I came back in i asked him how much are the platters because they were high , he said they’re $9 a piece , obviously that equals $18 …. Moral of the story he got cursed out for trying to beat me for my money ! Then tried to apologize saying he said made a “mistake” i spent alot of money with them but i will never go there again .

Food used to be good. Service has gone downhill as the subs I purchased were nasty and tasteless. The meat had a sour taste and the lettuce, tomato, and onions looked old. The roll was hard and looked old as well, they should really check their food before serving it to customers, Very disappointed as I’ve always liked their food, hoping I don’t get sick!!!! I’ll never order from there again!!!
