We hired Bruster's Catering for our wedding dessert and it was a HIT!! Derrick was fun and so easy to work with. As the bride, I was running around and wrapped up in the amazing day, and he personally found me to ensure I had some ice cream. Talk about going the extra mile!! Would definitely recommend as a fun wedding alternative to cake.

The ice cream is good, but online ordering is a joke, as is customer service. All the times I ordered online, it was never ready qhen I got there. They made my order at the time I showed up to pick it up and the guy behind the counter made a comment that he wasn't sure they had what I had ordered. So the online ordering is useless and customer service is terrible. I won't be back.

I've never eaten here but a few weeks ago I watched what looked like an amphetamine enthusiast race across the street at full speed, despite cars coming to get to your ice cream shop. It didn't matter that it was almost midnight; at least not to him.He was absolutely beside himself that he couldn't get the door to open. He didn't give up. He just kept trying to open your slide up doors like a regular door.Your ice cream must be amazing.

My boyfriend and I came here to enjoy some ice cream. We waited at least 10 minutes or more to even be waited on. Mind you there was 3 workers, one wasn’t doing anything. & they were working on a family’s ice cream orders. But while we were waiting a worker walked by the window and disregarded us. Quite a bad experience sadly.Edit: To add to this, once we received our orders, it wasn't made correctly. One of the items were a milkshake and it was quite on the liquid side, more so milk consistency or as if the shake were to be left out for a few hours. So it wasn't a milkshake when we got it, so the wait sadly lead to an even more disappointing time.

I would definitely go back the oreo Ice cream was just ok not worth the price but the oreo Blast was delicious wasnt very customer friendly but they were busy and understaffed

Came here on April 26th at 3:45pm. Online it says it’s open, but when I arrived, it was closed doors locked lights off no customers nothing. Very disappointing.

Workers where too busy serving their friends free ice cream at 8:52 they closed and locked the doors to paying customers. Hopefully management checks the cameras on Tuesday February 14th and sees all the free ice cream given out to friends of workers
