Great options of boba tea here.Not only do they have boba but you also get some ban mi sandwiches.I tried out the new flavor Nagasaki honey green tea and my wife got the tiger tea. It's nice when you get the option on sugar level as we usually go 50% or lower.Overall a great spot to hit up for a nice sweet/refreshing drink after a meal or for snack. Will come back again if nearby.
I like this place for their viet subs as the taste is pretty good. The only thing is theres more bread than the ingredients compared to other viet places. Maybe it’s due to shrinkflation. Overall, this place is decent. Lots of people come for the bbt which I’ll have to give a try next time. There’s not much place to eat inside except for the window seating area. Mostly a take out place.
Small food shop but BIG on options and flavor. Stopped by just for bubble tea but ended up getting the j*** chicken spring roll, grilled pork banh mi and butterfly lemon black tea. Absolutely delicious. No regrets, will always stop by when I'm in the area
