Friendly staff despite the seemingly endlessly busy state of the business. Service goes about as quickly as it can, but nothing unreasonable. Parking out front is a bit tight. The inside is almost immaculately clean.

No customers at all on November 11th around 5 I order 2 burgers and a fry The fries were completely cold and they messed up both burgers not only were the overcooked and the smaller than the size of my palm they had nothing on them no ketchup nothing at all just a patty and bun on a whopper like im so confused how that can be messed up

On 8/252025 I ordered a BBQ brisket whopper meal large after paying $14.09 I was told by the manager they didn't have any BBQ. Was told by the general manager of store that it would be put back on my card and never was it is now 9/10/2025

The dining room all ways closed and they don't care about the costumer and I hate eating on my car.
Well today (7-4'2025)me and my went to enjoy some whopper it was the worst burger we had in our life time wife took 1 bite and chaged to chicken sandwich I ate half of it and dumped to trash it taste like it was cooked week a go never going back to this location ever again.

i ordered a door dash trying to get a toy my bf would love, i called in and asked if they could put the certain toy in just trying to see if they could help. donavan answered and was super nice and helped out with everything, if you’re the manager reading this give that kid a raise he absolutely deserves it.

I went through the drive-thru at this Burger King the other day and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. There was a young lady helping me her name started with an “N,” but I’m not sure how to spell it. She was absolutely amazing. Polite, respectful, patient, and very professional.

I was having trouble using the mobile app for the first time, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or frustrated. She really went above and beyond to help me, and she stayed kind and understanding the whole time. You don’t see that kind of attitude every day especially in the drive-thru.

The food was also hot, fresh, and made just right. My order was correct, the fries were crispy, the sandwich was freshly made, and everything tasted great. It felt like real effort was put into both the service and the food, which is rare and honestly refreshing.

10/10 I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location. Huge thanks to the young lady who helped me she truly made a difference in my day

Have much to say but will give in bullet points.
1) My wife and I stopped at this BJ before we went to pick up our grandson. We ordered from the drive thru.
2) We waited over 23 minutes before we approached the window to pay and receive our food. Upon paying for our food the young lady handed is our drinks but our order.

I asked the young lady why is our order taking long, her reply was I am not cooking the food. DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

3) We wait at the window for another 10 minutes, she comes to the window and abruptly hands me the bag of food. I am livit my wife is bothered, by all this.

4) I move the vehicle up and all my wife to check the bag come to find out the food in the bag was not our order.

5) I pull over and my wife and I go inside, I asked to speak to the manager, the one I asked said she is the manager. Looking stoned or on some other drug. The kitchen looked nasty the workers had on all different attire and everyone looked confused.

6) I asked the one who is the manager how on earth can two simple orders take over an half hour to prepare.
I waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes then at the window another 10 minutes now I am inside wanting the correct order that way ordered not to be given me eals we didn't order.

7) She begins to give me lip and tell me that the was busy with multiple orders. I tell her I have been here over 40 minutes and there haven't been no rush of walk inside or cars so why.

8) I asked her how can pre made food take you guys this long to present to the public.
Then another worker comes out and asked if she can help us, I asked her what can you do that the manager can't do.
The reason I asked for the manager is to hopefully get this unbelievable unprofessional, inefficient, order completed correctly.

9) Other customers comes in here these exchanges and hear and see my frustration and hear that I have been waiting over 40 minutes for two orders

10) Listening to the rude ignorant manager exchange with me they leave. Not once have this so called manager has apologized or took responsibility but have me and my wife lip of foolishness, attempting to explain incompetency.
NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. AND IF I LIVED IN THE AREA I WOULD PICK IT THE PLACE AND TAKE FURTHER ACTION. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO.
BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS NEXT

I got a classic chicken sandwich which was the freshest I've had from burger king in a long time. The inside was empty but the drive thru and door dash were busy of course! I waited a few minutes which was forever for me since I'm a delivery driver and don't often take breaks, but it was worth it! Bathrooms are clean too in case you were wondering! The customer service was great!
