They were undergoing renovation. The floors were dirty with leaves blowing around. This was definitely due to the contractors having the doors blocked with the cords from their electric tools. Through it all, the staff were friendly and professional.
3 cars in drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get our food and once we got to the window they did not know what we ordered and seemed very confused. Clearly understaffed and slowwwwwww because of this. Food was fresh- so there’s that. Though some of it was wrong.

I think by far this was the worst experience I had at this BK. The drive through attendant was not pleasant, seem to catch an attitude because I needed to clarify my order and ensure that it was done correctly. Not to mention that I waited in line for over 10 mins and there was only one person. Never again!!

So…. It’s 8a. And I go to get a croissant with ham, bacon & cheese no egg. Apparently, they threw the cold ham and cheese on and kept it moving. Nice people or not. DO NOT have people come through and feel in their bag for their sandwich and literally FEEL, the COLDNESS of the ham and cheese through the wrapper. UNACCEPTABLE, when you are looking for a warm tasty morning sandwich. I had to come home and microwave it. Glad I wasn’t just on my way to work this morning. Smh
The sandwich was beautifully put together. But the experience was ruined when I felt in the bag and was thinking…. What is this coldness…. It’s my sandwich. ? ?
