Food was cold. Sandwiches were a mess when we opened them. Nothing was not even warm. For the amount if people our food should not have been as cold as it was even the French Fries.

McDonald’s on 202 really needs to reopen asap. This Burger King is the absolute worst. They always out of stuff. The employees have horrible attitudes. Food is cold and always tastes old. I know it’s fast food and expectations should be low but really they put zero effort into their jobs

I went through the drive thru to pickup my mobile order last night, the lady who answered on the speaker asked us to hold on (The mic was still on so we could still hear their conversation that was going on). So we waited a good 10-15 minutes then she got back on and asked us who the order was for, we told her and she asked the people packing our order if it was ready. We then hear the mic click (assuming she was checking that our stuff was ready) Another 10 minutes go by since nobody told us to pull up we just say "Hello?" To the speaker, the lady continues to say "welcome to burger King" etc. We tell her yet again that we're picking up a mobile order, she then asks them again and finally tells us to pull up to the second window. We then get to the window and she proceeds to ask what we ordered. We then tell her what sandwiches we ordered and what Sundae. She then asks us "which sundae?" We tell her "The oreo sundae" she then proceeds to tell us "We're out of sundaes you need to cancel it in app" we grab out food and go home. This isn't the first time I had issues here whether it be "Our ice cream machine is broken" or they dont tell us something is out of stock while we're ordering it and still get charged in store or we get home and the burgers are waaaaaay undercooked and i have to go through customer service just to get credit on the app instead of a refund or they simply forget to put all your items in bags and give it to you. Everytime I go there it's always something wrong. I just won't go to bk anymore. It wasn't busy in there, other cars didn't want to wait in the drive thru anymore so they pulled away too, there wasn't any customers in the lobby either.

Had to return for multiple missing items, drink machine was broken, and staff was rude about needing to correct their mistake.I understand fast food isn’t perfect but the customer service was just plain awful.

My God I don’t understand how one place can be so slow and terrible at service year after year. I only go here the 10th time my kids have asked when I have 30 min of free time to waste away. We currently have no close option because McDonalds burned down. I wish they would just sell this spot to a company that can actually get their act together.

We came here while my car was getting serviced to waste some time. When we came in the manager was yelling at all the employees and it was kind of sad. As an HR manager you should be encouraging them to do better not yell at them especially in front of customers.Then I wanted a soda with my meal. He then was loud with me in front of other customers that the soda was an up change and I should have told him. I had no idea otherwise I would have. The environment was very uncomfortable and negative.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to !! The store is unkept the management is a joke and the food is absolutely horrible not to mention not at all what was ordered. This location needs a top to bottom overhaul of everything from management to food prep. I was so mad I wasted $10 on an inedible meal !!

Ordered some burgers and a milkshake on app. Got to the DT, they confirmed & charged me. Waited 5 min for them to hand me my order minus the milkshake and told to have a good night. When I asked about the milkshake, I was told the machine was down and I'd have to get a refund thru the app. When I contacted customer support on the app, I was told a refund isn't possible but was offered a coupon instead. How are you going to knowingly charge someone for something you don't have and then refuse to return the money?

The crew of winners working around 4 pm on 12/24/23 felt the need to make fun of my appearance while I was sitting and eating the below-average food they served me. Go eat literally anywhere else. Or just be hungry. Anything is better than this dump.
