If the Concord Mall is a dying husk of what it once was, Café Riviera is an oasis in the desert. We've been stopping in this little hidden gem for more than 20 years, but hadn't visited in a long while. Tonight we made a special trip, and were greatly relieved to find not only are they still open, but the food is still top notch. We were seated right away by friendly staff. Server was attentive and obliging. Our food took quite a while, but it was obviously made to order and totally worth the wait. There's not much our family of four can agree on, but we all came away happy. Amazing pizza, beautiful calzone, delicious garlic knots. Serving sizes were more than we could eat, plenty of leftovers to bring home. In a fast-changing world, it's nice to find some things exactly the way you remember them.

Located inside Conquer Mall, this food spot serves pizza, Italian and American fare. I got a burger and fries. Flavor was good, portions large, place was clean and has seating inside or you may sit at tables outside the entrance.Very friendly staff members.

$5 for a slice is crazy… and the desserts are $10 for a single slice of cake wth not coming back pizza is supposed to affordable lmao

Today, I put in a delivery order via one of those food delivery services. As it turns out, the restaurant gave the wrong order to the delivery service, and couldn't get ahold of the driver. They called me right after the driver left to let me know that there was an issue and they were trying to get ahold of him, and then they called again a couple minutes later to say that they couldn't reach him. They told me I could keep the incorrect order where it arrived, and also the manager headed over to deliver the correct order herself (arriving just moments after the original driver). I was very impressed with the customer service, especially considering we had actually ordered via a third party service. Best pizza around. Fantastic customer service. Definitely 5 stars.

First and foremost yes it’s inside of what seems to be a dieing mall. But to get to the point there is basically more food spots in the mall then actual interesting stores in my opinion so I went there to eat because I hadn’t had food yet. With that being said I kept walking almost to the end of the mall by where sears was and there it was. I have to say the place is great from service to food everything was amazing! If I was more local I would definitely stop in often. Our server was super friendly and outgoing she had no issue getting us anything that was needed she even took a soup back that I didn’t like without any hesitation or attitude that most other places would not do. The food was great the place was clean bar options were great like I said I have not 1 complaint . Picture was from the complimentary bread they give , and a special of the lobster/crab and shrimp ravioli . We also got the chicken parm sandwich so cheesy and the special steak which was pretty loaded! Crinkle cut fries with cheese were also great! Unfortunately didn’t take pics of the other stuff but if you like Italian food do not hesistate to stop by!!!
