This was my second time ordering from here. The first time, I had to repeat myself a lot over the phone, but I let it go since the food was good when I picked it up and Im sure the store is loud.
Today, I decided to try delivery and had a similar issue—repeating my address multiple times. When the food arrived, the order was incorrect. I ordered a medium chicken cacciatore pizza and received just chicken cacciatore. I also ordered a “special steak” Stromboli but got a plain steak Stromboli instead.
It seems like there’s a lack of attention to detail, especially with menu items that have similar names. Unfortunately, the food was just okay this time—not as good as my first experience.

The honeymoon is over. Went there for years from the day they opened. The last 2 years pizza has been terrible. Flat dry crust, soggy pizza, no flavor anymore. Came home tonight with 3 pies and they were all terrible. The grandma was the worse, it was so wet and soggy with undercooked crust, you could not eat it out of the box. Not sure what happened or why, but we are done with it.

The food is consistently good. They almost always have a wide variety of by-the-slice pizza for lunch and early dinner rushes. Highly highly recommend the grandma slice, perfect balance of garlic, basil, the tomato, and fresh motz.
Some places that do a similar pie, rhe tomatoes make it to soggy or it's under cheesed, but Cafe Sitaly does it perfect
The service can be a little underwhelming at times, especially when they are busy, it's hard to get anyone's attention to order, or get a straight answer on timing
Parking: There are about 30 spots for the whole plaza, but shared between 6 businesses, so during busy times, it can be hard to find parking. I usually do to go, and it would be nice if there were a couple of designated to-go spots with a 15-minute time limit or such

Cafe Sitaly continues to be one of my local favs. They have homemade soups that keep me coming back. The meatballs are also the best I have had. The only issue we ever have is that they limited seating, so if you are coming during prime dinner hours, you may need to wait for a seat but its worth it.

Gave me someone else's food which I didn't know until I got home. I shouldn't have to open up food before I leave the place to make sure it's mine. Every time I order takeout from there it's a cluster when I go to pick up.

A few of our friends really loved this place and we finally got around to trying it. I can see why they ♥️ it! The food was amazing. The service was good, even though they were so busy. The atmosphere is that of a small cafe in Tuscany. We have visited twice in the weeks since our initial visit!
