I know this is a restaurant but I'm going to start off with the workers. Kelly (and I remember the name because mine is also Kelley) and the younger gentleman there(really wish I could remember his name) were amazing. The most friendliest people you could ever meet! Very welcoming and we did get there about a half hour before closing (sorry!) but they were as happy as could be to serve us and tell us about the different choices. Let me tell you that if the food had just been mediocre, I would come back just because of them. But the food, so far from mediocre! Everything was amazingly delicious! The crawfish pie and red beans and rice is what I had. The wife had the crab and corn fried Mac and cheese. We had a sample of the jambalaya and collard greens and they were delicious as well. We also got some spicy pickles that were amazing. I had been wanting to try this restaurant and glad I finally did and also kicking myself for waiting so long. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent meal and hospitality.

I've been getting food from Kate's for years, and they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, and the service is excellent. Seriously, try anything! it's all good! Just recently, I had them cater a party. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was conveniently packaged to be reheated once I got it home. My guests devoured the food and wanted to know where to get more. I will return again and again, for as long as they're in business!

After a long stressful week, I needed to comfort food so I decided to drive an hour and a half to Cajun Kates, which I had not been to in about 11 years. It’s just as good as I remember. Places is amazing

Fantastic food. Ordered a Shrimp Poboy and Fried Crab Mac n Cheese. They were so kind to offer a few samplers (which were great too) for our first visit. Would visit again!
