So it's been a long time since I've been at Capriottis remember it being better looking at the pictures on their website everything look great we live closer to ionnoni's which we normally go to we decided to go to capriotti's this time disgusting the cheesesteak look like steakums absolutely disgusting I will never go there again horrible should have stuck with my gut and went to ionnoni's we'll never go back there ever again

Cheesesteaks are made with American Cheese. Why would provolone be the default? Or they should ask what type of cheese you would like. Chicken Cheesesteak was not good.

I used to love cappriottis. called basin rd location at 3pm on a tuesday and a "gentlman" mumbled capriotis please hold...waited 5 minutes, hung up, left this review saying this used to be THE BEST sub spot in De...but the last 2 or 3 times ive tried, horrible customer service and run-of-the-mill food. Just sad that the owners have let this once great restaurant go to poo-poo

They don't tell you this , they have two cheese steaks one that has better steak for about a dollar more and one with regular steak and if you have to say the better meat . Get drinks and chips at wawa and the store on rt40 seems to have better service and food. It's good food and today it's hard to find so enjoy yourself and get a Bobby!

The chewiest most fat filled "cheesesteak " you'll ever have. I wouldn't get another one again. Overpriced for the lack of quality. It's not hard to chop up the steak, but apparently it's too hard for them. I would never recommend the place.

I have mixed feelings about this place. At times, it seems like you over pay and get less product for the money. It's def not somewhere I choose often but I do enjoy their roasted turkey sub! I have made a few complaints about their portions because I sometimes get a shorter sub roll than is advertised or it just doesnt seem like I'm getting the extra meat that I'm paying for. But since the last complaint, I have gotten the right size roll for my subs. That may seem like a silly complaint but when you're paying almost $30 for one sub, it makes a difference! I would still recommend because they do make tasty subs so that is enough for me.
