Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

We loved the vegetarian cheese “steak” and plant based “turkey” sandwich! No seating or restroom. Kind of chaotic vibes.

After a recent attempted order, I am finished with Capriotti’s. I only kept returning for the food (which has declined in past years). However, I refuse to spend my money at a place that when I call, the telephone is placed on the counter for over 10 minutes. The newer, younger employees say, “hello, may I help you, and thank you”. Most of the others act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, WHEN THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PRESSENCE. Why is the company so short of staff? Why do they not offer training in customer service? No customers, no job. DUH.

I usually get my subs from the Capriotti’s on Union Street in Wilmington, Delaware. I have been recovering from foot surgery and my coworker decided to treat me to a sub so I tried the location on Silverside Road. When I spoke to the person taking the order. I told them I wanted a little meat and they really couldn’t understand at first, but then they got it. I’m not sure of the guys name who took my order however the person who made the Italian sub for Latoya Did a dynamite/brilliance job. I would highly recommend this location.

Limited in options - but they have Impossible Steak, so I'll happily take it. I'm glad more places like this are embracing us meatless eaters! Also, the staff was super friendly! :)

Everything about our order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. My husband ordered the chipotle chicken cheesesteak and said it was very good. I ordered the homemade Turkey sub and two bites in I found a bone about an inch long.

Usually get a great sandwich from here, ordered a bobbi today and it was very small, almost crushed, with very little food in the roll compared to usual. It looked like a kid made it for the kids menu.

Best cold turkey sandwich in Delaware

First time back to this Capriottis since I moved to Florida and nothing has changed, for the bad. Still great service and great food. Ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese. So good. Ordered online and it was ready when I got there.

Cheesesteak scratched the hoagie itch id been having. Good balance of ingredients with a sturdy roll.

Great job. Ordered party tray, cookie and brownies. On time and a big hit.
