Ordered a medium sub and regular chips but received a small sub and small chips instead. When I called to let them know about the mix-up, I was yelled at and told I was wrong. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

If you’re going to charge $24 for a large sub, you better at least get the instructions right. Routinely misses requests for inclusions or omissions from the default sub setups. Good food but it’s really disappointing when you spend that much and don’t get what you ordered.

Can’t follow simple instructions. Charging way too much for a sandwich if they cannot deliver what was paid for. How has the quality gone downhill so much.

I stopped into Capriotti’s recently and everything was fantastic. The food came out fresh, the sandwiches were loaded, and the staff was super friendly. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of my new go-to spots for a good meal. Highly recommend this location!

We ordered lunch for a group of 5-8 people and ordered pickup. I got the chicken bacon ranch and just like when i usually get a cheesesteaks here the sandwich was light. Caps is the CHIPOTLE of the hoagie industry. My sandwich consisted of basically just lettuce, ranch, roll, and one piece of bacon. If you want a solid cheesesteak who aren't penny pinching go to Charlie's in Claymont or if you want to drive another 20 minutes away Delco's Original Steaks & Hoagies. You get more bang for your buck
