Capriotti’s always impresses me. The ingredients are fresh, portions are generous, and the team is always welcoming when you walk in. I ordered the Bobby this time and it hit the spot. The store is clean, and the service is quick even during busy times. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area!!!

I would like to write a review about how the food tastes, but I have no desire to hold a slimy ketchup covered roll. I don’t know whose lack of logic this involves, but please stop putting ketchup on the top of the hoagies that you wrap up for to go orders. It just smears everywhere. It’s absolutely disgusting.

Update: tried to eat it, I used a paper towel to hold it; on top of being slimy outside, it was soggy inside and it tasted overwhelmingly of fried onions, despite intentionally ordering it without fried onion, you know, because I don’t like the taste. After this experience and how expensive they were, I will never ever order from Capriotti‘s again.

Everytime I come to capriottis if the Two brothers are there it seems my food is great i like this location over others, very clean and the guys are always friendley i will be back

Nothing nice to say about the manager at all. As a matter of fact he has nothing nice to say about the customers. I was in there eating has he was talking about previous customers. Haven’t heard that many curse words in a while either. Not what my children and I should be listening to while eating. My children had to listen to this for over 20 minutes while they made the food even though I ordered 10 minutes prior. Took over 40 minutes to receive my food. My children had to sit in the car because of the language. They should be ashamed of them self's especially the manager.

Food is good but overpriced. Service and people working there are very disrespectful and need to not have children or they would worsen this world. Must not have gotten a good education when younger and parents must have hit them. Sad business
