The subs are delicious and huge. Too many crushed hot peppers but still was a good sub.

Visited 11/8/25. Came for the Bobbie sandwich, which is basically a Thanksgiving meal on a sub roll. No regrets. #WhichWich

My experience last night was horrible finished my sandwich and never said anything and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting while it was done then after I ate it.I threw up about 5 minutes later.And I still don't feel good.I would not recommend going there at all

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order and upon arriving I walked into the union street location which there were no customers. There were two workers behind the counter in which neither greeted or acknowledged that I was there. Another customer walked in behind me and immediately the male worker retrieved the customers food. I said I’ve been standing here and nobody has said a word to me. I was told that the person had previously been in the store and forgot their money which is fine but has nothing to do with me being ignored. If someone had at the very least asked me to give them a moment it wouldn’t have been an issue. The male worker let’s call me D begins to cuss and talk about what he doesn’t have time for and taking his break. I politely asked for my paid order to be cancelled and left after getting everyone’s name. The integrity of a lot of business is going to hell in a basket partly due to horrible customer service. I will NEVER return to that particular location and plan to reach out to corporate bc at my age it’s about the principle. I will not tolerate poor customer service and disrespect. The food isn’t anything special to tolerate that nonsense. Maybe management should consider hiring some more mature workers who take pride in not only themselves but their work and service that they provide.

No rolls before 6pm on NFL Kickoff Night is unacceptable to loyal customers. The frequency of wrong sandwich orders should have prompted 0 stars long before this.

Capriotti's is unlike any other hoagie shop I've ever been to. Super high quality sandwiches. They are expensive but very high quality also. Wawa is everywhere if you want cheap.

Listen, every year for the past 3 years my little family of three have gotten Bobbies for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We don't talk anymore for the holidays and they come through like a champ. We look forward to it every year.

Great sandwich shop for take away. I had the Bobby with turkey, stuffing and cranberry. Good bread with a nice chew. Tender turkey. Good flavor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No where to sit and it is an original shop so best to order delivery or carry out.

ATTENTION Capriottis lovers: When you order, make sure you get extra meat or double meat. The pics you see here is of the Vegetarian Turkey, and exactly how the sub looked when I opened the package. This is how Capriottis subs used to come as is, but these days they are very skimpy on the meat. I might’ve over did it with the double meat option (the extra meat might’ve been good enough) lol, but at least I get that classic Capriottis taste! Yum!

The food here was pretty good. Especially the bobby which they are known for. It's good both cold and hot but I prefer the hot bobby and if you don't like it hot you can just wait a while then it becomes the cold bobby. If you order ahead which you can do there are discounts and you can get it right as you walk up to the counter.

The original Wilmington shop. Best subs! Veggie turkey for me. Yum!
