Not a sit down place, but great food. The server was super nice. She told me about the credit card service charge before ringing me up. I got the cheese steak. It was awesome

Don't get here as often as I used to when I lived in Wilmington. Still the best sub in Delaware! Just had an Italian sub and absolutely delicious. And the service is impeccable. Still love the atmosphere of the shop as it hasn't changed since I was a kid.

I have been going to Casapulas for years and never had a problem until today. The one staff member was very rude and very unfriendly. I was talking to someone waiting as well as the staff member maid a comment she couldn't hear because we were talking and another lady that was also waiting couldn't believe either we both looked at each other. I don't know if I will be going back because of this rudeness .

This was my first visit, thoroughly impressed. Customer service stood out immediately! The staff was amazing, even recalling some customers by name. They were courteous, funny and the shop was busy. And now to the food. I ordered a cheesesteak which was very good and a tuna hoagie. I will definitely be returning. Reminds of the little corner stores of my youth in West and South Philly. ?

The cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak are both pretty good. I wish they had fries to go with it but that's miniscule in terms of our experience. Overall I was content with our decision to try out this spot.
