This is my first time going to checkers. We brought the kids for dinner and they loved it. Didn’t even ask for ketchup on the fries! Xavier gave the kids ice cream. And when I was ordering I didn’t have to repeat myself ten times about how the kids want the burgers, and all the food came out great. Thank you for the experience guys!
Kid-friendliness: It was great. The kids got ice cream and my daughter spilled her soda and was able to get another. It’s a perfect place to bring the family to sit because it seems like most people use the drive through. You get the inside to yourself. I recommend eating here to anyone

From the time I arrived at the Checkers restaurant on 4th and Lincoln street everything was on point. I was greeted with a "welcome to checkers.Would you like to try our special?" Not just "can I help you." Xavier took my order and read it back to me to be sure it was correct. I got to the drive up window and paid and in two minutes my food was given to me hot. He thanked me for coming and told me to enjoy my day. It was the lost art of customer service at its best. I will definitely go back.

I got there around 130am. Food was hot and service was great. The night staff has very handsome workers!! Definitely will be back for the eye candy 😂
I never post reviews but I felt like this needed to be posted. The service here needs to be fixed ASAP. We waited almost an hour for our food after ordering in the drive through. I would've just left had I not already paid ?. Once we realized people who pulled up after us were constantly getting their orders we decided to go in a check and all they had to say was "there was a hiccup we'll make it now". This was already after waiting for 45 mins. Absolutely ridiculous wait time.
