Service here on Market street is the most horrible I ever seen They take your order tell you park somebody will bring it right out to you Well I spend 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting on them to bring my food out asked for a refund and the lady said it's coming out now but it's people in front of me but if I'm at the window and it's coming out right now I don't need to park hand me my food or just give me a refund cause now I'm going to be late back to work and food I'm not going to be able to eat cause my break is over If I could give no stars I would they should be honest with people before you order so people won't spend there time waiting on food they won't be able to eat cause there break is over but the westside and New Castle checkers is awesome 💯💯💯💯

During my recent visit, I observed a situation that could be improved. I noticed a girl occupied with her phone while two other individuals were engaged in activities related to preparing a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff until approximately 30 minutes had passed, and nearly an hour elapsed before our needs were addressed. As a result, we decided to seek our meal elsewhere. At approximately 10:00 pm last night, a girl at the register took my order and then told me to pull over and someone will bring my order to me. She then walked off the job. I waited 10 minutes, then I went back to the pickup window. The other workers had knowledge of my order, so obviously my order was not made.
The fries are so good, so much better than the store bought ones, the food comes out hot and Nita is really good at customer service and always hands me food with a smile !! 10/10 love checkers
