I waited 16 minutes to pick up my drive-through mobile order. When I was waiting as a first customer on the line, more than 10 car picked up their ordes and left. When asked and why is late. The employee said '"It depends who took your order." When I said. "This process should improve. Who comes first should be served first." She said they are doing well. Go head, proud with your terrible service, and don't listen your customers.(My order wasn't a complex order, just nuggets, deluxe sandwiche, and a milkshake) I
The service was great and the service was one of the fastest I have had at Chick-fil-A. They are very friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the store is very clean, a good stop for lunch. Recommended.
