Customer service is horrible. The older lady is very stingy when it comes to the portions of food. She will only give you a little bit of food & if you ask for more she’ll charge you extra. people deserve the amount that they paid for not anything less.

Worst customer service ever. Myself and a few of my colleagues had ordered from door dash and in total we had 16 items within our order. When we received our order there was only 15 items. After rechecking and making sure everyone got their food there was a full meal missing. We called the restaurant and explained the situation and the lady on the phone said that there was 16 items in the bags and I repeated myself with the situation and her exact words were “I’m pretty sure there is 16 items”. I explained to the lady again we are looking at all the items we only got 15, then I asked for the manager she said she was the manager so okay here I go again explaining the same thing “the manager” then proceeded to say maybe the DoorDash guy took it. So the manager accused the DoorDash guy of taking our food. Minding you there were three bags in total confirmed by the manager and they were tightly knotted so in order for the one container of food to be missing the bags have to be tampered with. So I ended that conversation since they said they can’t do nothing about it. And then they proceeded to call back and said to come in to check the cameras and kept on arguing back and forth with me. And I proceeded to ask the lady so the cameras show 16 items going into the bag. The manager then proceeded to say I’ll end the call here and I’ll see you here. Minding you I explained to them we work at a doctors office. Worst customer service.

The food was good, service was fine. The woman who tang me out was very, very rude. It was uncalled for. But she was rude nonetheless.

Food looked like it set out for months... Tried the food that looked somewhat fresh... And it was hard as a brick... The rice was the only somewhat edible food.... I definitely would not recommend... You would think they would step it up a notch since its like the only chinese food at the mall..... But they are horrible

I ordered the chicken egg foo young meal. When I went to home, I did not start to eat the meal until after the mall was closed. I found out that I had shrimp egg foo young instead of the chicken egg foo young. I got rid of the shrimp egg foo young because I have gout and I can not eat any shell fish. I went back the next morning to talk about my complaint. After stating this. I thought the owner said they could make me a new order of chicken egg foo young but there was no movement to put in the order. I asked what was going on and the owner said I needed to bring back the food order. A total of 3 times, I stated that I would have bought the food order back but it was after the mall had closed. Also, I could not show proof of the meal I bought because I did not get a receipt. Finally, the owner said to give me a refund.

I don't understand why this place has three stars, the food is amazing! Its an amazing small business right by the front of the concord mall, the service can be a little slow at time but other than that it's no problem, would love to work here when I'm older.
