I personally want to thank and shout out ms.kimmy she provided wonderful service to my self and my daughters , we walked in with issues from online ordering and she made sure we left happy and all issues resolved . I would recommend this location especially for the staff . Friendly and all smiles .

My food was great supper tasty and delicious love the vinaigrette they added as an option they made my food quickly and everything was great but I could literally count the 8 pieces of asada steak strips they put in my bowl 😕

Got take out from this location. Got a chicken bowl and was pleased with the fast courteous service. They had everything available and it was around 8pm. Was in and out in less than 10 minuets.

I bought 4 babacoa and almost no meat in the bowl. I purchased babacoa more tha 100 times from other locations and never have this issue. I understood sometimes more or sometime less. But this time almost no meat. I almost thought they probably gave me the vegetarian bowl. Will never go back. Be careful when you order. More than 12 dolloars ! it is not worth to buy at chipotle anymore . Stay away from this location.

Came in with my coworker around 1pm today and were both very dissatisfied with the service. Got rushed upon entry and was getting a lot of attitude for forgetting a topping after being rushed. Nothing wrong with the food but worst service I’ve ever gotten.

Hope you only like bowls cuz there’s only about 2 people in that place that know how to wrap a burrito. They break it almost everytime i get a burrito unless that red head is working cash register and takes over or the black guy with the glasses is doing it. The other employees been working there for MONTHS and still can’t do it and the managers know they can’t do it and just watch them mess it up. I go every week tho because the food quality is great. This is the only issue with the restaurant. They never run out of ingredients and they are fast and well staffed. Restaurant always clean. 5 starts for a bowl, 1 star for a burrito. Seriously tho yall are a burrito restaurant figure it out.

I was given a gift card, but after reading reviews, was hesitant and torn on which local Chipotle to use. Believe it or not, this one seems to get the best reviews in the area. So I took my chances on Kirkwood. And everything went fine! The curly-haired young man was helpful with my order pick-up, nobody was rude, I got exactly what I ordered, it was packed full of the right ingredients, and nothing was amiss. I believe the negative reviews, but at the same time, I think this is a case of people only leaving reviews when something goes wrong. More than likely your experience will be fine.
