Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has gone down hill for years and it is no surprise. The prices keep going up and the portions and quality continue to go down. Ordered a burrito from this location and the portions are diabolically small on the rice, any meat and certain toppings but they'll layer the crap out of your food with the cheaper stuff like lettuce and cheese. Might as well grab all the stuff and make it yourself at home.

I ordered a double portion burrito only to be treated rudely and get mostly lettuce and rice in my burrito worst chipotle I’ve been to.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I experienced my food accidentally falling on the floor. A worker picked it up and threw it away in the trash like I expected. From kitchen I heard the worker get fussed at for throwing my food on the floor away. This is nasty, disgusting, and against OSHA. They need a review from OSHA bad(unexpected), manager was rude. Thank you commenting however I can not reply to you message. I will be contacting health of dept on this matter. Please have higher standards.

I eat at Chipotle all the time. Today I ordered a Steak bowl. The person fixing my order I was told was a manager. She gave me one scoop of rice that didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. I asked for more she gave me a half scoop and then a half scoop of beans. For the first time ever she put the steak in a small cup took some out and then put it on my bowl. I asked why she. Did that she said that’s how we measure the meat. With an attitude she said if you want more you have to pay for it. Then I asked for extra cheese she put some on the bowl and put some in a to go cup and said extra is considered a side and I will be charged for a side of cheese. I told her to keep the bowl if she’s not going to make it the way I ordered it and left. I hope this isn’t the new way of doing things at Chipotle.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and the portion sizes here are about half of a normal bowl you would get at any other Chipotle.

I will never return to this Chipotle again. My husband and I walked in ready to place a large order for six people. The girl helping me was immediately impatient, unprofessional, snarky, and dismissive. As I began to order, she started slamming items down on the counter. Despite her hostility, I remained polite, but she refused to make eye contact and grew increasingly rude.

The two gentlemen on the line were polite, but her behavior was so off-putting that I stopped ordering halfway through because I was disgusted with the service. I was tempted to cancel what had already been made and walk out. She acted as though my presence was an inconvenience and that I was a nuisance, when all I did was try to place an order.

I don’t expect employees to smile, but I do expect them not to be hostile and aggressive. I went from spending $100 to only $35, and that was solely because I didn’t want to disappoint my son by coming home empty-handed. I will never return to this location and strongly caution others to do the same.

My wife and I came in today for a pickup order, the meal was completely wrong. We drove back to the restaurant. The black female manager refused to remake our order. Instead she was completely disrespectful and unprofessional, claiming what we received was right, even though it was a half made quesadilla with only rice as the side, when we had actually ordered a kids meal. The manager needs to be fired. Owner please reply for more details.

Do not come to this chipotle go to any other one in the area. The one in Glen Mills is much nicer and the people they are very nice. I went to this chipotle multiple times every time they give you the least bit of food possible and I recently ordered an online order came in and picked it up went all the way home only for the order to be messed up. When I came back and discussed how I was missing two sides to my dish, I was told that I did not order what I ordered, even though it’s literally on the receipt that I ordered the kids build your own and not a quesadilla. And the manager was just very dismissive didn’t seem to wanna help at all. She eventually fixed that part of my order, but then the rest of it was cold at that point, so I asked if she could make the other bits again and she refused to saying “I’m not gonna remake that” with an attitude. For us to spend almost $30 here and get treated the way we did for a mistake that was not our fault. I will not be returning to this chipotle or ever spending my money here again.

This location is absolutely awful. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and the order is wrong every time. Portions are half of what other locations give, and ingredients don’t look fresh. Just ordered tonight and didn’t get the brown rice, sour cream, or salsa like I had ordered. Avoid this location at all costs.

I have Chipotle's closer to home, but I will go out of my way to this location because of the friendly staff and tasty, accurate orders. I have had many good experiences here, whether ordering through the app or in person.

Hands down the worst tasting Chipotle I’ve ever had. I came here against my better judgement (after looking at the reviews) but the reviews are indeed accurate.

Service may be hit or miss depending on what Chipotle you go to nationwide but one thing that’s always been consistent in my experiences is the consistent taste of the food.

From the first bite I took from the bowl I ordered I was instantaneously disappointed. No part of the chicken and steak bowl I ordered was seasoned, even down to the rice which tasted like unflavored mush with burned cilantro.

Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. The reviews don’t lie.

Food is fine, but customer service was poor. I’ve never been to a chipotle before and decided to try. The women waiting on me was impatient and rude. Talked to fast and when I asked her to repeat she had an attitude. Cashier had no eye contact. Deff won’t be back. I apologized, and thanked them for their patience and was ignored.
