I ordered a bowl through DoorDash, the bowl has literally has no meat. Which I paid extra for. What I waste of money and a lunch break.

Came here for the first time. Asked and paid for double chicken and they barely gave me any chicken. On top of that, they rushed through my order so fast that the burrito wasn’t even properly wrapped and completely fell apart as soon as I opened the tinfoil. On top of that the food was terrible. It tasted old and wasn’t fresh at all.

Fix your portion sizes. Seriously.

i ordered food from this location off of doordash and i was fine all day after i ate it. i woke up the next morning (today) and found out i had food poisoning. the two times my mother orded from a chipotle, it gave her food poisoning. i literally am sitting in bed in an immense amount of pain because of the food poisoning this chipotle location gave me. i have also been vomiting all day. no other food places have ever made me this sick. i will never eat chipotle again.

Sunday 5/25/2025 2:30 pm I encountered not only a bug in my food but also an unexpectedly rude response from the manager working . When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of receiving an apology or assistance, I was met with defensiveness. The employees seemed to imply that I was somehow at fault for the presence of the bug, which felt incredibly disrespectful. I had hoped for a resolution or at least some acknowledgment of the problem, but their dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It’s disappointing to see a brand I once admired handle customer concerns in such a negative manner, and it has made me reconsider my future visits.

I’ve absolutely loved Chipotle every since I first tried them after my Beautiful daughter started working at the Media location!!! Aside from their Amazing food, their service is also totally on point as well! I think Maaaybe my only complaint would have to be the fact that even when you tell them c “just a lil bit” of so on n so forth, they Still manage to load you right in up, Lol!!! But I guess in hindsight, is that Truly a ‘Bad’ thing, I mean like overall n generally speaking… Pretty positive they’ll Always get all them stars from muah, Haha. Great food, great service and most importantly Great priced! My goodness, almost didn’t even mention that part, which personally is def way up there, when weighing the pros and cons of an establishment, imo. So there you have it…

(I mean, I’m pretty sure Most ppl have def at least tried this place, even if only once /which is hard for my brain to comprehend , honestly, lol/ but like C’mon now, This Is ‘2025’, right?! But like who really hasn’t at this point?! so anyway, if you dig Mexican food, if you haven’t yet, Please Do! Trrrust Me wheni tell you, your taste buds and belly will Both Thank You Sooo Much for it after, Promise!!! They certainty check Every box for this chick anyhow!!! ((Btw, is it entirely obvious at this point how much I just completely, utterly and wholly appreciate, adore and basically worship this darn place?? Well, if you don’t know, now you know!!! You’re Welcome and I told ya so!!!

Very small portion sizes, smaller than ever other chipotle in the area and barely gave me more when I asked. Workers not very friendly. Definitely DON’T go to this chipotle.

URGENT Health Hazard & Disgraceful Conduct at Chipotle – 2209 Concord Pike, Wilmington

To Chipotle Corporate & Executive Leadership READ THIS. DO NOT IGNORE.

My recent visit to your Wilmington, Delaware location was not just unacceptable it was a full blown food safety crisis and a disgusting display of incompetence and neglect.

On 05-05-2025 , I visited with my family expecting a simple meal. Instead, I witnessed behavior so unsanitary, unprofessional, and outright dangerous, I felt compelled to record the incident and I have the video evidence to prove it.

Your so-called “Apprentice” manager, Robert Durant, made a jaw-dropping decision: after a team member served what Robert claimed was “too much chicken,” he ordered him to reach into our bowls WITH HIS BARE HANDS and throw the chicken BACK INTO the shared food pan the same pan used to serve other customers.

Let me repeat that Food from a customer’s bowl was returned to the public line, by hand. That is cross-contamination, a clear violation of food safety laws, and a public health threat.

As a General Manager in the food industry, I was completely stunned. I calmly attempted to speak to Robert, assuming this was a teachable moment. Instead, he met me with rude, condescending, and dismissive behavior, showing zero professionalism and absolutely no regard for food safety or customer service.

The situation spiraled further when two additional employees Erica and Stefan began using foul language, yelling across the line, and creating a hostile, toxic atmosphere on the floor in front of my family and other guests. This was not a minor misstep. This was a complete breakdown of basic restaurant operations and human decency.

The only team member who showed any grace and professionalism during the entire ordeal was The young man who apparently gave us too much chicken who deserves recognition and a better leadership team.

This is a crisis. Not a complaint. And I am not just a customer I am someone with a trained eye for food safety, labor management, and brand standards. And I am demanding action.

I have reported this incident to the local health department and will be submitting the video evidence for formal investigation. I will also be sharing this publicly across all major review platforms to ensure the public is aware of this danger and the sheer disregard shown by this location.

This isn’t about customer service this is about public health, food safety, and your brand’s integrity.

Chipotle, do the right thing. Investigate this team. Pull the footage. Retrain or remove the management. And most importantly — protect your customers.

Because if you don’t, the health department will.

I get to the counter to place my order. I asked for a bowl with white rice and pinto beans. She did a fabulous job with that, but then I asked for chicken and it seemed like I was on the wrong end of a joke. She sprinkles 7 small pieces of chicken on top and seen my face of shock then proceeds to look at her coworker who share a smirk with her and say 4 dollars for extra and the extra was a small half filled cup of chicken. Never again will I go there. #needs new staff

Reviews speak for themselves! Service is average and the employees seem like they hate their jobs. Food is thrown in bowls with no care. Portions are not enough. Will be going elsewhere.
