Had a terrible experience there recently with a young man tossing a full ladle of their hottest sauce on the bowl I was getting when I asked, "Is that your hottest sauce?"I attempted to stop him, but was too late. I said "You might want to let a customer complete their thought before you poor that on." Of course he looked at me like I was crazy, saying "I thought you wanted it since you asked."Rookie mistake...I tried explaining to him gently why that doesn't always work, to which he continued to be defensive, at which time I asked if another employee could please help me...which meant he kept being defensive until I had to say "I'm no longer talking to you."...a couple of times.Thankfully, a very kind young lady behind the counter saw the encounter and jumped in to help me with a remake...and was very pleasant. I would have given the service a 1 or 2 star if it wasn't for her.

I have to admit that Chipotle is okay, but I prefer Moe's. I think you get more food for your buck there. And I think you have a larger menu selection. I have no complaints about the food, but I do like to have a salsa choice. And if I'm spending that much money for a meal I would like to get chips and salsa with it without having to pay extra.

I would say this used to be the worst Chipotle. I don't know if it's new management but the last few times I went, everything was great. The portions were good, everything was in stock and my order was correct.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals are great
After avoiding this place for some time, it’s seems to have turned it around. Food was great, big portions, and speedy execution.

EDIT:This chipotle is BACK. Full bins of food and competent staff, exactly what you'd expect for chipotle. Changing my review from 2 years ago because they have earned it. Turnaround complete, I have ben 3 times in the past month with no disappointments. Will continue to return.This chipotle is so incompetent. Ordering a delivery again from these people and they mess up the simplest thing. How do you forget the chips from “chips and guacamole”. How do you forget the chips from “chips and queso”. Whoever manages this chipotle is pathetic.
i don’t recommend investing any of your time here… it’s a shame that poor customer service is apparently acceptable at this

So, I showed up last night and got a Carne Asada burrito. They charged me for an extra portion of the carne asada even though I didn't get the extra portion. It was when I paid and got my receipt that I found out that I was charged for it! So I brought it up to their attention and the girl behind the counter claimed that she didn't know I didn't order that! I think she just thought she could pull a fast one on me in hopes that I wouldn't notice. I knew something was up when I noticed the price was way higher than I thought it would have been. When I let them know the issue they said they were going to refund me the difference, and that it would take a few hours until I'd get it. It is now at the time of typing this, 9:27 AM and I still haven't gotten it yet! But yet taking people's money only takes a few seconds? I'm surprised there isn't more hoops to jump through.

I haven’t been to this location in about a year and it hasn’t gotten any better. I portion of guac that I got for the $2.75 is ridiculous. They completely skimped out.Also, the other order I got was double chicken. Even worse, it was more like double beans.The taste of everything was good but it wasn’t worth the money. Totally disappointed.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options. Yuni can skip the meat!
