We all had a great time and baby was worn out so it was a win win đ. Staff were friendly. Pizza was a little burnt but we ate it anyway. Salad bar was good and fresh. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

It's been quite a while since we've been to a Chuck-E-Cheese but grandkids were looking forward to going. It wasn't very busy on the Thursday evening we opted for doing the trampolines and 90 minutes of unlimited games. The kids ran around having an awesome time. The pizza was pretty good. Facilities were clean. It was a awesome evening.

The worker don't want to do there job at the counter the only person who was working the whole time was the guy working on the machines they were just playing around and conversating the bigger young black girl what's ignorant to my son when he was trying to redeem his points this place went down hill used to love this place for the kids I'll probably never come back if it's gonna be like this

We went for a childâs birthday party and I was thinking about having my childrenâs bday party there but DEFINITELY NOT! It was horrible and so uncoordinated , unorganized , and just over all such an embarrassing experiencing for the family of the birthday child. Management is horrible and the experience was terrible .

Staff and managers rude. Paid over 300$ got nothing but attitude and shit from employees. Was suppose to get dedicated party employee which we didnt. Also they wernt ready in time and had to wait 30 min with kids to play games. Even my guest were geting upset due to kids wanting to play but they wernt on time. Management doesnt really listen to complaints and lets complaints go. All 3 parties tonight complained. Will never return and i am contacting corporate

Well kept Chuck E Cheese that was clean and orderly. Staff was helpful when we needed help. We did go on a weekday, so I can't speak to the weekends. I kind of miss the cool stage and animatronic animals they used to have when I was young, but it was a good experience for my kids.

Since my last experience I celebrated my daughterâs birthday October 6 of 2024. I had an excellent birthday party. The host Nalo I did an amazing job. She was very attentive and made sure everything was organized and on time the food did take a little while, but it was perfect. I appreciate your staff

Zero hospitality. The door checker was glued to his and phone it was crazy. It was very slow also. People deserve better. Where the hood at ? The hood is at this Chuck cheese , whoops I mean chuckle cheese , because this place makes me chuckle , do better Chuck !!!!
So itâs the weekend and guess theyâre to good for a game walk. Iâm counting 5 possibly 6 games that should be out of service. Ringtoss power cycle, drop it power cycle, nba hoop troop no balls, rainbow game, super striker needs to have actuators replaced. If weekends are bread and butter and counting on incremental sales get after it. Super frustrating playing milk jug with 1 ball. Walk the floor folks
