My 5 year old and I were there and I have to say that I was unimpressed with the young man who works at the entrance. No greeting whatsoever and just GRABBED my son's wrist to stamp his hand. What's worse is what I saw him do 5 minutes later. He reached into the empty Dip n Dots freezer, scraped his hand along the freezer wall and ate the leftover ice cream with his bare hand. It was disgusting, unprofessional and so unsanitary!!! I gave him a look and he did not care at all.

I want to start off by saying our party server was excellent! The atmosphere was disappointing. Not many game to play with or rides to ride on. Then shortly after Chuck e came out the power on the building went out. We still had about 40 min left for the party. Most of the people left and got a full refund. We were told we would get a full refund by the General Manager. Then the light came back on and he then said never mine the kids can finish playin. Well the kids no longer wanted to play. The mood was killed. We didn’t get good pictures with Chucke because the lights were out. And everyone else that left got a full refund. All I got was 20% off. The General Manager wouldn’t even give me half off. He wouldn’t even give us free any free play time for the inconvenience. I will never go to Chuck e Cheese in Wilmington ever again.

My boys love going to Chuck E. Cheese in Wilmington. The food is good, the games are fun and as a parent you know they are having fun.

My two grandkids found it to be very fun and had a great time. I found it to be very expensive for what we got.

The food was surprisingly good. Had the salad bar, plain, pepperoni, and supreme pizzas, and all were good. We went there for a nephew's birthday party and was very impressed. I had not been to a chuck e cheese in probably twenty-five years. I highly recommend this site.

Food is still pizza hut pizza. You now pay for x amount of minutes of game play for unlimited games but be prepared to spend $50 for one child. They sell a piece of cake for like $10 because it is from some famous baker. Pizza combo for two was $34.Kid-friendliness: All about the kids . And safety first.

I took my grandkids here for a quick playtime and pizza. Never again. CEC has gone downhill and honestly has nothing to offer a one year old. The food was disgusting. The pizza was overcooked and cold, the boneless chicken things were not sauced and were bland and the salad bar was nauseously full of hair. Plus we discovered the game cards expire once you leave the premises so we're out of $30! At this point, CEC should just wrap it up.

We were a little late showing up for a birthday party, the manager, I believe l, was Dwayne made sure my kids got dipped and dots after we got there because they were already giving out by the time we got there. That's all they wanted or the dippin dots and he made sure they got them. It's really hard having children see other children eating things that they want so I'm so glad he was able to help. Also the ladies working at the ticket counter area where is so nice and helpful when you have three children screaming they want this and that and there's not enough tickets it's not a fun time but they made sure that the kids left with a smile on their faces which is all that matters thank you so much for all your great hospitality at this location.

although the place was quite clean and nice, i do have a few complaints. first of all, the pizza was so greasy and honestly unpleasant. second, there’s kids running around barefooted—absolutely disgusting. after all of that, cashing out was a total hassle. the lady “helping” us, was rude. i don’t understand the prize counter situation at all, saying that they cannot touch the wall or bins in front of them since it’s display. if you think about it, it’s misleading to children to have a bunch of prizes out and tell them they can’t have them because they aren’t in the back. when i asked for a certain prize (keep in mind there was about 20 some odd on the shelves), i couldn’t get one because they weren’t in the back. the worked next to her, explained that they cannot touch the things on the shelves or bins if there’s not a lot in there. overall, 2-5 star rating. mildly infuriating
