I walked in and was not greeted (but as I was leaving guest that walked in behind me were greeted) a gentleman that was cooked looked me in my face three times and didn’t acknowledge me nor did he tell anyone else to assist me. I called in my pizza at 1:11PM and was told 10 minutes. I picked my pizza up at 1:25PM and it was cold. I won’t be returning here. Customer service goes a long way and they are truly lacking in that area!

Very fresh and delicious food! Seating was odd, as we had a larger party, and even though there were booths to accommodate, they were put together, and you had to climb over a middle bar to get to your seat. The quality of the food made up for the odd seating. Next time in the area, we'll be back! Ordered foods were- chicken cheese steak, mozz sticks, wings, onion rings, and ham/cheese sub. All superb!

So I never write reviews but I had to today. I ordered from Door Dash and the driver mixed up my order. When I called to complain the owner was super cool about it and made me another order and encouraged that I get my $$ refunded. Not many businesses will do that these days. Also the ? is awesome!!!

Doesn’t close until 5pm Sunday and just before 4pm was told I couldn’t dine in with my family.
First time eating here and, wow! A small establishment but very cozy, I had the cheeseburger and a side of mozzarella sticks and you simply cannot beat the portion size and quality for 5$ as compared to fast food chains. They only add to it what you specify which is a very nice change not having to ask to take things off for once! Pizza looked great too, I'll get that next time I go since you have choices between a whole pizza and per-slice. Also, I walk with a cane and without prompt, the guy came around the counter and helped walk my food to my car in the parking lot so I didn't struggle. Very patient, very nice people working here. I recommend you visit at least once!
Ciao has been my go to for pizza for years. We order take out from there at least a couple times a month and will sometimes pop in for a slice for lunch. The sandwiches are large and filling and the buffalo wings go good with a pizza. If you need something sweet after, the cannolis are a good option for dessert.
