My husband and I were very disappointed with our cheesesteaks. Claymont Steak Shop was recommended by my sister, but even she was disappointed after tasting my sandwich. Our sandwiches were extra cheesy. We had more cheese than meat. They were very bland and not seasoned at all. This was our first stop after driving from Cleveland, OH. We saved our appetites for our steaks, but we were let down. So much forbragging right to my husband about how good cheesesteaks are in Philly.
One of my favorite cheesesteaks in Delaware. You can taste the quality of ingredients, the portions are good, and it's consistent everytime I've ordered from here. The customer service was excellent as well. I dont know her name but the last time I ordered over the phone and came to pick it up the cashier was helpful and very polite. These things make a big difference, keep it up!
After leaving Chuck E. Cheese with the family, we decided to grab a bite to eat, and we randomly stopped at this place because we heard they had excellent Philly cheesesteaks. Once inside, we were impressed by the clean atmosphere and the great menu options. Although we initially planned to order something different, my wife and I ended up with tuna subs, while we got our son a little pizza. We also shared some mozzarella sticks. The food was outstanding, with fantastic flavors....
