Went to Columbus inn with another couple to celebrate both of our anniversary. A first time visit for all of us we highly enjoyed it. From drinks, appetizers and dinner everything was top notch.
Great food and service as always. Shared appetizers with our table for a very enjoyable and varied meal.
The brunch buffet is fabulous! Plentiful! I especially loved the beef, the creamed sausage biscuits and the dark chocolate brownie. Thank you!
Atmosphere and food were all excellent. Everyone at my table agreed!I will definitely be back!
Always a tasty place to dine, the dishes continue to impress, the wine list is good, and the service is top notch too!
Columbus Inn is consistently one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is consistently well prepared and thoughtfully curated. The bar area is noisy but fun. Late in the evening as it clears out is my favorite time to chill with friends over dessert and drinks.
Overall, in a word, disappointing. I remember Columbus Inn way back, great food, warm and cozy lighting, intimate, ambience was wonderful even when a full house. This Columbus Inn isn't it. The dining room is just a room with tables and bright lights. We sat in the corner booth, a big glass jug hanging over our table that was dusty and ugly....whatever. The deviled eggs had absolutely no flavor - what did you do, chef? The calamari at first was crispy, but after a few minutes the sauce that had been poured over in the kitchen made them soggy and unfun. Sauce for these must be served on the side. I had the blackened trout which was ridiculously bland, I had asked for more sauce, but the sauce was mustardy - did not go with the dish at all and the andouille sausage stuffing was dry and boring. The truffle fries were too much, not just quantity, but truffle flavor - yuck. The salmon and the crab cakes appeared to have been enjoyed by our friends, so I cannot comment further. Noah, our waiter, was wonderful. An attentive and friendly man - we loved him.
Always solid experience. This evening was no different. Special note for lovely cocktails, exceptional s'mores cake, and a perfect server.
Wonderful experience. Nose level was moderate so we could converse. Service by Mark was exceptional - helpful, professional and friendly without being intrusive. All food from appetizer to dessert was delicious, fresh and innovative. Tuna roll was particularly delicious. Can't wait to return.
Wonderful food and atmosphere as always! The service was a bit chaotic which is unusual, but overall one of our favorite spots for many years!

We enjoyed our meal a lot. Our waiter was great. The only thing that was odd was we were at a corner circular booth for 6 and it was just two of us.
I invited my mom and sister and they absolutely loved their first experience. Needless to say, they will be returning customers with or without me!
Came for my birthday loved the ambience which drew me to want to come here anyways!! The food was good especially their deserts a friend and I split a slice of cake I can’t remember what it was but the presentation was so fun and it was amazing and our server was also very sweet

Food was delicious, my Espresso Martini was excellent and the service was great! Cozy ambience, can't wait to come back when it's colder to enjoy the fireplace!
